William I prefer Zirte*.and often when it's a BOGOF I will stock up.I too never had any trouble with any allergies until several years ago.My Sister suffered terribly for years and it also caused Asthma but she seems to have grown out of it and just had a mild Hayfever now.The same with Hannah.I often got calls from school to go and take her home as her eyes were so bad she couldn't see :-SBut again like my Sister she doesn't seem to suffer much at all now.
My poor old Chester has trouble with itchy skin during certain times and I give him Pirito*.That is quite safe for dogs and much cheaper to buy over the counter.

It was me saying about Pot Holes.Even the Road Humps have Pot Holes :-| :-| :-|.
My neighbour was telling me that her son in law had to pay £300 for a new tyre (because of damage caused by a massive Pot hole.He must have some very expensive car !!!!I really don't know what can be done about the roads.They just get patched up and then within a short time they have broken down again.
So it's all peaceful in your household then ;-)I bet Carmel is enjoying the peace lolol

James and Jess are just off to get Jess a Rucksack and something for her Dinner.She apparently doesn't like my Paella :-S :-S.I said to James "well she ate it last time she was here" .but it seems she was just being polite and didn't like to say anything.She should be able to say she doesn't like something by now.She's been coming here for 4 years!!!!.I'm not going to bite her head off lol

I'm off to the Cinema tomorrow morning with Fitz to see ???Silver Lining.( I think that's what it is).I hadn't realised when he booked the tickets that Chris is off .I think we are supposed to be having a spot of lunch afterwards too....Never mind .Chris will be happy with his soup :-D :-D and doing whatever he has planned in the garden.It's a good job we have all been great friends for many many years otherwise Chris might think I was going off with my 'fancy man'

I think it now just getting dark enough to put a light on.These evenings are now stretching out nicely :-D

Maureen, I bet the Les Miserables show will be great. I saw it in the paper and being handy for the theatres is one thing I'd love about living where you do! IThat's great your friend loved your painting, it was really nice and just what you said she liked. We are going to Anglesey in the middle of June, a month after our trip back to Cornwall so I hope we get good weather for at least one of the weeks. Nobody has sent me Fiona's pics yet, so yes please send them, I'd love to see them..... :-) Ah, you mean the lovely Cesar Milan! We were going to see him this year at Birmingham, but he has had to postpone his tour as he has so many other commitments, tv etc. I know someone who went to see him a couple of years ago and she said he was fantastic. It was around the time 'Daddy' died and he was quite upset talking about him.

Jane, that is a good idea to bear Janice's knee in mind with where you go. She won't enjoy herself if the trip is too hard on her knee!! Isn't Lille supposed to be good for shopping? The hotel sounds interesting and what a bargain you found!! :-D

William I had the hump about the humps ruining my front tyres!! :-S I don't know if it's just your and my neck of the woods but we seem to have some humdingers around! Have you seen those that they put in the middle of the chicanes in Hinckley? Why they need both I don't know. Glad you got your glasses fixed so you can use them.

We lost our sunshine after lunch. Oh has now scarified all the lawn on the west side of the garden and cut the grass outside the wall after going and getting a new hydralic pipe for the big green mower. That went yesterday. He has to have them made up so he had to wait a while.

I have been up the tunnel and clearing a bit more in there while oh cut some more of the grass he had raked.

Lamb swirls for dinner tonight and I must remember to turn the top oven on. I have pink fir apple pots out the tunnel to go with them and brocolli and carrots also out the tunnel. Not the broc.........bought that as I did'nt plant any of that in the tunnel last year . The year before it got dreadfull grey aphids on it.

Ah Fiona! I bet you will be remembering the good times with your Dad.I always find I remember the times before my Mum and Dad were ill..Just like they used to be :-D

I have made a start outside this afternoon and planted some onion bulbs in the raised bed. The old carrots I dug up out of the way were massive!! No good now though, too tough. Mel, how nice to be getting stuff from your tunnel this time of the year. Sounds like Hogwart was having a protest march last night after his short rations!! :-)

Speaking of patched up roads, some of the lanes are awful round here. The farmers bring massive vehicles on the roads now and have also been cutting back hedges recently. The council have been also been out digging out the ditches. The vehicles have broken away the edges of the roads leaving a drop into churned up mud channels and deep dips at the sides. In places the whole width of the road is covered in mud.

The Film tomorrow is Silver Linings (not sure if that is the right title) and I have no idea what it is about lol.But Fitz said he thought I would like it.So we shall see :-D

Just watching a programme of families with 16 children......It's making me feel exhausted so I am off to bed.Have to be up and out at 8 .Chris has to take his car in to get that big scratch sorted.So I need to bring him back once he drops his car off.

My word, you were an earlybird this morning to go to the garage Jane. :-) I hope it's less foggy where you are than it is here. OH has gone off to Anstey to an early meeting and has set off earlier because it's foggy. Hope you enjoy the film later......let me know if it is a good one!!

How funny that 4 of our chaps reach 60 this year!!!!!

It doesn't look like a day for the garden, so I think I will nip out to do a couple of errands and then see if I can shift some dust and ring the gas man. He was going to ring me after his holiday to do a service for us and that was over a month ago!

Very gray day here, but dry, meeting friends for coffee this morning, will need to get a taxi down as the lady who normally gives me a lift has a tummy bug and is not going. going to give myself another couple of weeks then will try and walk it into town , takes me usually 20 mins to get down, OH will be home then and if I over tire he said just give him a call and he'll come and fetch me.

Away for a shower now, enjoy the rest of your day.

The mist has just about cleared now Ann.That was a shock to my system lol.I forgot about the school and work traffic.
Chris is going to be clearing old papers in the garage today and sorting the filing cabinet.I had decided not to go for lunch with Fitz and come home after the cinema,but Chris says I may as well go as he is going to be tied up.So that's settled :-D :-D

No Mandy still not arrived, but thanks for trying. :-| We are still with our same broadband people so it shouldn't really be that I think. I have noticed things have slowed down though the past few weeks so I might ring them when OH has done on here later and see if they can 'up' the speed a bit. Sometimes I think things 'time out'. I see we have given your OH another 5 years youth then :-D

What a shame about Bald Eagle Mel, I remember you speaking about him before. Will you be replacing the casualties? BBL
