Thaink I've finished the wrapping now. Except for a golf clubs bag too big to wrap so maybe a couple of bin liners and a jazzy label?

Daughter came this afternoon with her dog and son's dog too. They'd been for a walk. I didn't go out because of the ice and I find it hurts my chest breathing the cold air.

Off to do a little knitting for a change.

well I am still around just to let you know. I typed a long email to you all and the site told me it was not available so what did i do to them to do that to me ? I was too angry to retype .

Shelly i am a dadfy I cant send attachments i have tried but cannot get it.

I wrote to say that my sister sent my Dads CD o f his life she had copied the typing I did and got it on a CD in a little padded envelope the smallest you can get she sent one to me and one to the History Museum they got theres no trouble mine he left a card in the door saying I have to pay £1.08 p in stamps and send the card he left and then they would deleiver it. they hold it for a week. I was annoyed as I had been out to get some milk and potato's I was in the bedroom taking my jacket off I had it off all but one sleeve so I heard the letter box go and a plonk on the mat pulled the jacket of and picked the card up I open the door and called out to him he just rushed off and didnt bother . so I have to get the right amount of stamps on the card and put it into the letter box I wont get it now till after christmas I dont suppose.The plonk I heard was a book I had ordered I also had a long letter from Willesden History Society but not the thing I w anted most of all.

rita i think you would of still had to put stamps on carnd cos i dont think the post man would of been alowed to take the money

i some time have trubble opening atachments cos i have star office and not excel or microsofed word i have to right click and open with the setting i have

Hi Everyone,
Your all talking gobbley goo and I don't understand putter language only hubby is good at that.

Now I have been wrapping prezzies tonight,and its just been a mess here I got sticky tape all over the place,and now I'm going to have to hide these presents as my grand-kids will be here tomorrow.

I am now going to go to bed as I have had enough for today got to save my energy for tomorrow.

it is an a4 size and it got a magnet backing i just had to give them a photo of him in his father christmas suit it is for baby mum for christmas from him lol

We had another light dusting of snow last night. Hubby got to work OK thank goodness. He's letting me know he gets there as I am worried about the roads. Only thing is the phone goes off at 6:00 !!! Only one more morning then he is off for 7 days so hope the snow disappears.

Hoping it warms up today too and some of the ice melts it is so dangerous out here, paths are bad the roads even worse.

Off to do my policies and procedures and paperwork for the new baby as she comes for her last trial session tomorrow. Then the family are up to Scotland to visit her grandparents.

Shelly I love the calendar thank you little Olly looks like he should be there as one of Father Christmases Elf's bless him. I am going to attach it to a card and hang it on my wall

I thought that if I paid they would give me the envelope then and there I didnt know I would have to go and pay before hand then collect the letter.
My sister said the Museum are reading Dads work and are very impressed with it. he said he got a couple of the names of the streets wrong but otherwise it was great the guy said he is unable to put it down he cannot wait to read the rest of it. so that is a good sign.

we have black ice today it looks wicked I am worried about people walking about on that and driving I saw the paper deleivery man walking carefully on it this morning I hope the sun comes out and it melts I can then go and post the letter and card I have.the sun has just started to appears so with a bit of luck it should be alright soon .

Rita be careful, don't go out unless it's really important.

I've just tried to clear some of the snow off my drive but it's solid and most of it won't budge.

Linda, I know how you feel about your hubby going out early in bad weather. My hubby starts work at 6am, I watched him sliding down the drive this morning when he was trying to get the car out of the garage. I was on edge until he rang me to say he got there safe.

Well What can I say ...???

We have glorious Sun......but I cant spare it to anyone ...SORRY !!

But on the other hand ,please don't anyone slip on the ice ....
Its common at the moment I see peeps are falling down in other parts of the country.

Marilyn we too have beautiful sunshine. But I can assure anyone who hasn't ventured outside it is freezing. !!!!

I have just put out water , bread, sunflowerseeds, mixed seed and peanuts for the birds.

Have printed off the paperwork. Now I need to put it all together for the parents.

we have then sun here as well it looks lovely outside watching from my window but it is still slippery my son came from Camberley and said he got out of the car in our car park and found he was slidding everywhere. he has just left and it is begining to thaw a little now. I hate this ice.

If one loses 1stone and 1 pound in 8weeks, that's what one would expect............. but not on the boob side thankfully . So I'm pretty and glam (hence a page three model ...!!!!!!!!!!)

James would be drooling if he could see ...!.....ME.

I'm sure he will be back......sometime..... hope so anyway !!
