morning all

horse was lame & we got the vet out,she said bring him in 1st thing in morn,so off to newbury after trubs getting him in lorry!
4hrs later he,d been xrayed,nerve blocked, then scanned
we watched from lorry & other vets went in!!
nothing much showed up from scan,but summink going on in deep flexor tendon, which was wot was wrong wiv mine this ring.
mate was in a right state as he the dressage horse.
he,s stayin at vets coz he having a wobbly at home!
it costing £2500

Well Ladies we are all a poor old lot with hospitals Doctors and dentist we must be doing something wrong somewhere along the way
I have my first on 29th December St Peteres Hospital then Jan my inr Blood test then Feb St Lukes the cancer consultant to see if I have to go back on my injections then I have Foot Clinic and Eye hospital it is all happening.

well I am going to prepare my dinner now before i do anything else.

Hi Pauline
It's called a glucose tolerance test and is to do with Diabetes !!! 2 fasting blood tests have given that I am on the number as they say. Whatever that number might be.

Will be back later this afternoon I have the new baby for a couple of hours again

Marilyn I have gone from one things to another trying to find where they went and I found them how they got there I dont know but found them in the sent mail box they all came bobbing along I could hardly beleive it.
I spoke to my son and said these things never happened till I went to brower 8 and the AVG update to 7 he said he thinks that is why Rebecca my granddaughter is having trouble.

It has got very cold here I went to the bin to put some rubbish in and was shivering so indoors for me today.
I got a letter from our Water company they had made a mistake with my water bill (I have already paid for it ) they sent it as estimated then they inform me they have read it and I owe them £5 88 but can pay it next time.

I wish I was like MR Brown no money for anything in England but can spent 1 1/2 billion pounds on climate change for poorer countries. where is the money coming from ? dont get me wrong I feel sorry for these poorer countries but I want to know where he is getting the money from.

Back again
Baby came. Yes she did cry so after trying everything for about 20 mins, into buggy(her not me !!!) and a nice walk with my friend to the post box. Well thats a load dealt with. She was fine while we were out and walking. Back home some more crying but less so.
Think I frightened her by singing and she quietened down to shut me up . LOL
Mum seems OK as I heve been honest with her, and told her baby is finding it hard. Never been left yet although she has a 6yr old sister.
We'll get there. Luckily I've arranged all vivts while hubby is at work. He doesn't have as much patience as he used to.

Well must write some letters and get them off tomorrow..

Linda you had a good day then with the baby.npt sure if I told you that my granddaughter Stacey had charlie in his pushchair on the bus going to Uxbridge a lady stood up and the bust jerk to a hault and the lady fell on charlie he is 18 months old Stacey and Brett got off the bus the driver said are you alright ? they said yes. when he d rove off they found the lady had fallen and broken the wheel on the pushchair so they went into the bus garage and gave details they were asked what bus it was and they told them they were told you have to report it at another garage which they have done my daughter gave them the money for a new push chair as they dont have any she is on crutches.they are waiting for the money to come through now this was last week. I wish people wouid wait for the bus to stop before standing up to get off.

I have been busy today typing out my biography I am up to page 41 now I have another fifty or more pages to go.I found a photo of my school Dudden Hill Girls school also one I went to before that St Marys in Church Road Willesden.
I have also got a certificate of the medal I received from the commsioner of Boy Scouts he presented that to me with a silver broch for work Ito the scouts groups.I went to Greenford Town Hall and was presented with this. I also have a photo of myself in my Land Girls uniform . standing there with my beret and wide tie I have a thick green jumper and corded trouses tappered at the bottom with thick beige socks on and a thick belt with a buckle and lovely brown shoes with laces look like they should be long to an old lady just right for me now.

I hope your granddaughter gets the money through from the bus company without any bother. It was lucky the baby wasn't hurt.

Mo, ask Santa for a new lappy and keep the poorly one as a backup. Was Rita right - did they give you visiting rights?

Linda, I don't know how you have the patience for a baby that cries a lot, don't think I could cope with it.

Do you think you're a diabetic now as well? It's starting to look that way.

Marilyn, are you OK? I didn't see you come back on after your hospital visit, was your blood test OK?

Sue, what's happening with the horse? My niece bought a pony for her daughter but now she wants a horse. I don't think she realises how expensive it can be. Don't think she's thinking about Vet's fees.

Now where did Shelly get to? It's not like her to go to bed early.

I don't think I saw LG or Yvonne on here yesterday either.

Pauline I dont think Stacey will have a problem getting her money back her father (my son in Law ) is a bus drive he retires next year.

Linda hope things go OK for you. if your dibetic you will have to stop those cream cakes and choc and biccies we will eat them for you so dont throw them away.

My friend Doris in Devon worked as a vets assistant for years she use to go to Darmoor and make sure the ponies were in good health .she is animal mad horses dogs hampsters you name it she has or had them.

My Grandaughter Stacey's children Megan, Ryan and Charlie call me Googaman you see I am their Great Grandmother and when they were little (they are still little ) the could'nt say Great Grandmother so I became Googaman and it has stuck..My daughter being their Grandmother.
