Hubby has just got in from work...Got in a jam a broken down car in one of the main roads he uses..He only works about 10 mins away...taken him 45 mins lol...Be back later..

Evening all,
Sharp frost here this morning , then by ten o'clock it was raining and it's been like that all day , i saw the lovely sunrise too Jane , i sat having my breakfast as the sky changed from a pale pinky glow to the bright orangey colour .
I went down to Tes*o's this morning , was not to bad ,got to the till no queues ,but when it came to the car park ,big long queues to get out !!! Bought another piece of beef and a turkey for the freezer , son wanted a roast on thursday so i thought the beef would do for that ,now he's not to bothered about a roast he says !!!! wish he would make up his mind !!!
Nice to see you about Kim, hope you feel a little better .
Hope Sofia enjoys her party tomorrow Fiona , must be a quite frightening for little ones when they first meet santa ,but i'am sure the present makes up for that :-)
Mel, how lovely that the robin is feeding from your hand again , what a lovely picture it would make , he must be really tame !!
Sounds as if you had a lucky escape Frank, knowing you , i think you would have given him a run for his money !!! I didn't realise that killer was in Norwich prison !! I don't suppose you will be the only one burning the sausage rolls LOL i try and remember to put my timer on the cooker on ,then i hear the buzzer and think what evers that noise :-D :-D
I have several christmas lists i keep thinking of things that i need to do , if i don't write them down ill forget !! Hubby's just reminded me to put our prescriptions in tomorrow ,thats another thing for my list !!!

Intriguing David!! :-S :-S
What a day you have had Frank!! I bet you were looking forward to getting home.....till the heat hit you. You sure were lucky that Jack contacted you about the robbery. I bet you were giving all strangers the once over after that.......a good job the police picked that chap up so quickly.
Mandy, I suppose they move these serious criminals about from place to place for security reasons. I remember being a bit shocked he was in Leicester Prison at the time.
OH had a good sleep earlier, then some tea and is watching telly now, having broken into his Cheese*ets. I think the rest did him good but I'm keeping well away!! Every time he touches anything in the kitchen, his ears are ringing with 'have you washed your hands?'. lol

Morning All,
Did'nt hear anything else from the workman yesterday and now waiting to see if anyone contacts us today.
Must go out and see if Robby will come ot me again.
For those of you that don't know I used to have a robin that came when I called him and also came right in the house in the summer when the doors were open. He would fly in the front door and come into the kitchen and eat all the crumbs on the floor. He would get shelled sunflower kernals or bits of cheese and crushed peanuts.
Well I have just rung the firm and can't get an answer after pressing the number 5 for any other enquiries. Voice mail on the reps phone too.

Morning Jane, Morning Mel
Grabbing 10 mins to say hello before I get on with the next household job, Builders busy working (started at 9-15 am )so I will give them another half an hour then stick the kettle on,
Daughter no 1 & Sofia down for lunch then all going out to daughters Drs she has an appointment at 1.45, said I would come with her and sit in the surgery & look after Sofia as she will only be 20mins at the most i think.
Snow almost gone here, our street as been treacherous to walk on the ice was awful , I was so tense walking on it yesterday, my legs ached by the time I got into town. Better get back to the washing. BBL

Good on you Mel, You can't be sitting around all day waiting for these people.
Yes Jane, bright and cold, we just had a shower of rain, but gone over now.
Have cooked a try of mince and a dozen sardines for the cat. All cling filmed up, in the bottom of the fridge. That will lasst him a few days. Make a change from Whisk##, He does love our food.
Had to laugh last night. We asked Lewis what have you bought you dad for Christmas. He said PJs. Ros said does he wear PJs, "I DON'T KNOW" just something I thought he might like. Ros has never known Harvey to wear PJs. We had a good chuckle over that.
Have cooked Lewis his bacon sarnie and he wanted a sausage with it !! and a creamy coffee. I have cleaned down the kitchen cooker and worktops, will clear the whole lot for Thursday I will need lots of room. Everything can go in the Washing basket, and go out in the conservatory.
Ros is taking him to the Cinema this afternoon. While I sit and rest. Back and right leg playing up this morning. beed awake since 4.30am.
Jane think you are a good Mum, letting him take your nice clean car, and leaving you with the tat. .At least it will have a good tyre.!!! So stop moaning :-) :-) :-)
Going to get showered and shaved now. BBL
