Just lost a long post. Here we go again.
Will have to try that Devils Claw Will. My little fingers and thumbs play me up all the time. Can but try, will let you know how it goes.
Our loft is out of bounds to me. When Lewis was born we have collected everything and anything of news value and keepsakes ie the DOME of discovery. Royal weddings, deaths of important people. They are all kept in two big boxes. Anything now we have to put into bags, and push them as far as we can into the loft . Harvey or Conrad will have to get up there and put things away.
When younger I had a lot of tummy trouble. and part of my diet was a couple of eggs beaten up in a glass of milk. I expect I eat about a dozen eggs a week in my cooking and breakfasts. As for soup. I love a nice OXTAIL or TOMATO at lunchtime with a couple of slices of B & B.
Now Jane, don't blame Chris. You should have measured the room and how much waste there would be on the matching. <3 <3 Why is it allways lewft to us men !!!
Mandy, I bet you love it when the kids are around. Help to keep you young. !!
DCI Banks just about to start.

I don't think I can keep my peepers open for another minute so am off .I have a really good book I am desperate to finish. But looking at it now there will be no way i will get to the end of it tonight. Will, I have just looked in the Zipvit book.and Devils Claw is £5.99 for 100 tablets and £16.99 for 300 tablets. I don't know how that compares with H & Barra## but it might be worth a look.
I see that there are tablets for DOGS AND HORSES. Might help Chester Jane.!!

Hi Shirl, how's your back today?
Hogwart has been out and so has the other one I think. I am feeding them at different places now. I just wish I could see them both at the same time. Hav'nt seen the bigger one since it went into the box.
Oh mad another acorn today but this one will hang as he has drilled a small hole in the stemmy bit.
Off now so will say night night.
Hope Jane can get the same batch number with her wallpaper. We had to have 1 roll different for our bedroom when he did that but it dos'nt show.

Morning one and all,
Who's a lucky girl then !!! getting the same batch no.. What is BBIAB. My brain ain't working yet :-D :-D :-D. I've just worked it out THICK OR WHAT !!!
Cold wind this morning, onlt been to the freezer in the garage, but that's far enough today.
Harvey rang this morning. He is scanning Lewis's school report and sending it to us tonight., His marks and report are the TOPS. What a proud Dad he seemed this morning. I bet this is going to cost me !!!
I don't know if I mentioned it, but when we had the shop. Penny our poodle loved Cheese and Onion Chrisps. She got to know where they were in the shop. at night she would sit by out lounge door, and keep looking at us. We would open the door and say"GO and get it then" She would go through the upstairs storewroom, down a flight of stairs, into the shop. Pick out her crisps and bring them back ALL IN THE DARK. She would drop them at your feet, waiting for them to be opened. and take them one at a tine as gentle as a lamb.
Off to get dressed and get a coffee.
BBIAM
It is a pity you can't swee the hedgies together. Would the bigger one be the feamale,?? and making her nest.
Shirl, Hows those Hips this morning, you will have to try this Devils Claw that William mentioned. You never know it might help. Is it the sort of thing you can get out your way ???
All showered and shaved, but still in dressing gown. I think it will be trousers and shirt today.
Chichen casserole for dinner tonight. with plenty of root veg in it. Creamy mash I think with it.
Local forcast is rain showers, but at the moment it's clear sky's.

Morning All an dEvening Kim,
Another dullish day. Oh has been up in the loft and got my rings down for me. Said he could'nt see the crosses I wanted too and would'nt let me up there so I climbed the ladder so I could reach in and picked up a carrier bag from a big basket and they were in that. See if he did'nt move everything about I know just where my things are.
Have had another email from a girl in Oz about a John Hannabus that was transported to Oz in 1792/1797. We don't know who his parents were. I think he was in prison in England for some years before going to Australia and he actually arrived in 1797. I think I found out that he stole money from a church box. He met his wife on the boat out there and after his pardon they had 6 children but never married. A real mystery.................... :-|

Frank, thats a great price for Devils Claw - and thanks for the phone No. For the time being I'll continue with the gel till its all used up as its doing the trick. I can't promise anything for anyone but it has worked for me, not a cure but a relief. It was an osteopath that put me onto it years ago.
Shirley/Frank - the dance of 1000 hands video was out of this world, I've run out of words. As Craig Revell-Horwood would say FAB _ U _ LOUS.
TV last night. I see the epidemic of arm folding in Holby City has now spread and infected cast members in DCI Banks. I don't know what others of you think, but I think DCI Banks is the last cop I would want investigating a case for me. I don't think he's acting stands up to the part.
Carmel is feeling a little better today, she can start the salt water mouth washes. We had a rough night with her, she got out of bed to go to the loo at one point & I've seen drunks in better condition. I had such a job with her, she was totally disorientated and was a dead weight. Luckily she a bit better today. I was worried as I had to go to our Docs this morning for results scrips etc and luckily a Good Samaritan turned up out of the blue just at the right time. Still tricky what soft foods to serve her till it heals a bit.

William perhaps you could try a little mashed potato and chicken soup. That should slide down ok and not much chewing. I do feel for her and I too have a sore tongue this morning I think I have come out in sympathy for Carmel. That is not nice so I cannot imagine how Carmel is feeling. Sending love <3 <3 <3 <3
Well all I have sdone today is the washing up and got lunch and done another load of washing up. I did cook soem potato peeling etc up for the chickens and have given them thzt but left the bl**dy saucepan outside and I need it to get dinner tonight.
Think I will make a cuppa and take one out to oh and pick the sausepan up.

I think I may need to order a third extra roll of paper now, :-S.At least I know I can get one the same :-D.It's all go on the work front. The sweat is dripping off one of the men. Mario will have to come back a week tomorrow to tile the loo and do something else(I can't think what) .Then Roy will have to finish off the papering when it arrives. At the moment my blind is unrolled on the floor and Mario is trying to cut it.
James goes of to the hospital in 40 minutes. He is looking a bit grumpy :-S :-S
That is good news William that Carmel is improving today.I bought some porridge for James as it is nice and soft .Maybe Carmel could manage something like that.
Good young Lewis.Well done for getting a top report.I don't think I ever got a really good report :-|.Yes Frank I'm sure your pocket will be a little emptier :-D :-D
Mel that sounds an interesting ancestor of yours.Maybe if you keep digging you'll find out a bit more. I went to school with a girl called Hannabus.( can't remember her first name)
Right I better make sure these men have had their tea and Muffins.

Frank what a lovely report for Lewis. I missed your post this morning as it was posted the same time as mine!! I wondered what Mandy was talking about and have only just realized that I did'nt read your post.
Just having a cuppa and then I shall start the dinner. Minty lamb leg steaks and caulifower cheese, that should do us for tonight.
Did any of you see the program I mentioned on the old fashioned sweets ?? It was on BBC 4 and was with Nigel Slater. He went to an old fashioned sweet shop and tasted loads of the old favourites. The shop was just like they used to be with all the big jars full of coloured sweets. I would highly recomend you look for it on BBC iplayer if you hav'nt got a catch up box.
Took me right back to school days and the sweet shop on the opposit corner to our school. It was run by a husband and wife and he always wore one of those light brown coat things type overall. They woudl also sell you a glass of Tizer or lemonade (fizzy) for 3d. I never drank much fizzy when I was young but my best friend Lynda would buy one and I would have a sip. I did'nt like the way fizzy made you burp and make all your nose feel funny. :-S :-S

They also sold some foodstuffs and I can remember there being a sign up on the counter for Ham 1/8d a quarter. It was nice too and mum sometimes told me to get some to bring home. It was square in shape!! so some kind of pressed ham I should think.

I'm glad I'm not the only one William who doesn't rate Stephen What's his name from the Banks programme and another I can't watch is the 'actor' who plays Charley Something in Casualty. I'm starting to sound like my dad who was always saying ........ thingymebob, or whachamacallit . .........when he couldn't remember the name. Good to hear Carmel is a little better today, lucky you have each other.
Yes well done to Lewis, he is growing up to be a lovely young man Frank ....... just like his Pappy ......... well, one compliment deserves another ......... My granddaughter will be taking her final GCSE's next year, that'll cost me, I sent a cheque to her brother when he did really well so have to do the same, goodness I've just realised there will be another three grandchildren at least still I will have plenty of time to save up.
