Thanks for all your wishes for Fitz.As you said Maureen you have all heard so much of him,especially the journey into his Grandmothers 'Posh' and extremely ridiculously rich family.That was so much fun.

Ann you are right n saying the world needs more characters like him.He is a hoot isn't he.I will tell him everyone is thinking of him and I'm sure he will be very touched.

I hung some washing out about an hour ago thinking it was early afternoon :-S.Boy it was feeling chilly.
Have dusted half the lounge.The rest can wait now until tomorrow.I had planned not to go out at all,but have just remembered I have a hair cut at 3.

Ann, Janice's Knee is really not much different flexing wise.I think she said that they have decided to give up on Physio for now and stick with Hydrotherapy until her appointment with the consultant.Then I fear it will be back in to have it forcibly freed under general anaesthetic.I think it is something to do with the tissue over the kneecap.Not sure really.
She has managed to get hold of a wheelchair with a leg rest so she can get around Crufts.She can walk with a stick but it is a real effort and exhausting (then painful) :-(

I just thought I haven't made our bed yet.Better get that done now .

Pat ,I meant to say about doggy loos that you bury in the garden.We had one hen we had our first dog,but didn't like it .It wasn't nice opening it each time to deposit the poo and being faced with a bin full :-S.So it is now underground and grassed over.We now use doggy poo bags and then bin it.Much easier :-D

I have spotted a Rabbit in the garden :-S :-S :-S.I noticed a big hole dug in a flower bed yesterday and thought it looked suspicious.Chris will not be a happy BUNNY when I tell him.I bet that blooming air rifle comes out :-S :-S :-S :-S

Boy it's chilly out there now ,just let Toby out for a wee and he didn't hang about out there like he usually does to have a good sniff about

I just had to rush to the loo !! i think it's the oranges i've been eating ,i never had one the day before yesterday and i was fine ,but i think the one i had last night has just gone through me :-S :-S :-S

BIL had the fluid taken from his knee yesterday ,they'll know in 5-10 days what antibiotics he'll need when he has his op, but he also has Carpal Tunnel and he should be having that op done first before the knee op.

Poor man he needs the use of his hand if he has the knee op ,but he wants the knee done so he can get about !!

Poor little Bunnies !! :-(

We had snow this afternoon but it quickly turned into sleet and now it's just rain. family all gone home and I can relax.

Looking forward to tomorrow night as I am going to see a musical show put on by a local group of Down Syndrome young adults & children, I have a friend at church who has a son called Daniel who is 27 and loves performing on stage so I have been going to see the shows for the last couple of years , they do a really great show and I am very happy to support these young people, I have known Daniel since he was 5 years old.

Done a load of ironing and hoovered and been up the docs for his pills and fed the chickens and shut them away and did oh crumpets before he went ringing tonight.

Fagged out now. I have put him a chicken and mushroom casserole in the oven for when he gets in and I shall do him some rice to go with it.

I am having poached egg and curried beans on toast. Mmmmm I like that.

Mandy, that's the trouble......too much on the plate!! lol Then with the deal you get delicious pud too! I did get some jobs done though.......2 more bagsful for the dogs home. I've numbered all the boxes to go back in the loft and kept a note of the type of thing in them so I know which to tell OH I want down in future.........quite a few are empty too. :-D :-D OH will put them back tomorrow and then a big clean up everywhere I think.

We called in the next village to get a paper when we went out earlier. There is a narrow space at the side of the shop with a high boarded fence the other side and that is where they park their car. Someone had set fire to the car recently and the fence was completeley burned down and all the wall of the shop was scorched. It was very lucky the shop hadn't caught fire too.

Well, the Queen will be in the city tomorrow and we would like to have gone to see her, but they are allowing very few viewing places so I don't think we will go as it will be so crowded. Not sure it will be easy to park either. I don't think there is much that will impress her!

Raining here with sunny periods. Better go and do some washing to hang in the garage. Not in the mood, but it's got to be done.

OH has a bulging disc, saw physio this morning. He's getting around very gingerly. I had one since I was 16, so I do know that pain he is in. Cold packs for the moment and then x-rays over the next few days.

Well it is a nice morning here and not that chilly.It looks like the weather on Saturday when we go to London will be warm (about 15).So it will be cool clothes for me thats for sure.

These porch photo's are becoming a hassel, thanks to everyone who sent them on to the others.

Dry this morning but dull, not a lot on today, so will be able to relax till I have to go out this evening.
Just put some steak, onion & carrot in the slow cooker, that will be ready for my dinner before I go out and there will be some left for OH when he gets home tonight if he wants it.

Washing in machine not a lot and I better clean the cooker, Please ignore the statement about having an easy day, there's always something to do,
I am forever going round dusting, the dust it's everywhere after doing the porch :-| :-|

Morning All,

We have some sunshine this morning.

I could'nt go to sleep last night and I must have laid there till 3.30am before dropping off. Oh was snuggled up behind me which is very unusual so I enjoyed that. Perhaps that why I could'nt sleep. I was lovely and warm.I did'nt wake till 10am!!

Fiona I will try and send the photos on but had no luck with Ann. You may be better to send them two at a time instead of the four at once.

Washing is in and I have the library calling today at 12.

Kim hope hubbies back gets better soon. Nothing worse than a bad back as you don't realize till you have one just how the slightest movement affects it.

Pat no luck with Walters army papers only what I sent you.

Just to let you know I am alright, and going to di a bit more digging this morning.

We had a load of plug plants turn up this morning, so I will sit on the patio later and pot them on. very time consueming but has to be done.
