Afternoon all

Just got back from having coffee with friends, it's good to feel able to start going back to doing the normal every day routines again.
Still have to take things slowly though just not got the stamina but hopefully that will come back in time.

Weather sunny but cold today, the daffs are starting to grow , they will be in for a shock if we get a heavy frost.

Don't you stay away long now Frank.Just long enough until you have cooled off :-D :-D
There will be a protest if you even think of not coming back :-| :-| :-|

Lovely sunny day here so a good walk with Millie this afternoon. Having rissoles for supper, and an early night!! ;-)

Well that was a marathon 2 days ironing, I've only been away 2 weeks can't believe how much there was, one customer had 6 black sacks full :-0 Next week there will probably be hardly any, it's either famine or feast. Shall go and soak my poor aching muscles in the bath in a minute.

Why do they have these 'old' stars from the US on DOI last year it was that Charlene something, or was that her name in Dallas and that awful actor, can't remember his name, he was in the Goonies. I thought of you William, no Katerina Witt and her voluptious bosom this year ;-)

Hope Kim is safe, hopefully she is not near the fires.

Back over to daughters tomorrow to sit with the kids while she goes to her Zumba class.

I'am sure Frank will be back ,he loves us too much to say away for long :-D :-D

Oh Rissoles Liz, i use to love my mums Rissoles made with Minced Beef ,i might make some tomorrow and freeze as there's a change of plan for tea ,we are going out to Weatherspo*ns ,sons idea and i won't say no ,so no Shepherds Pie!! :-D :-D

Really cold out there now ,i just gave Toby a brush which he loves but it was to cold to brush him for long he gave me a look as if to say is that it then !! :-D :-D

Fiona,the dining room looks lovely .

I was never that struck on Rissoles .Mum did the same with left over beef .I think they might have been on a Tuesday.I would probably love them now.

Maureen it must be nice just to be able to babysit for an hour or so and then go home :-D :-D

I can hear a very strange animal sound somewhere .I don't think it is a dog.I'm wondering if it could be a Deer.It sounds a bit like a bark 3 times each time.
Mel you know Deer Can they sound like a dog?? I just hope nothing is in trouble or trapped :-S

I must ring James and wish him a Happy Birthday.Not sure what time he is meeting up with Hannah and I don't know if he knows she is taking him to a Japanese Restaurant.It might be a surprise :-D

Mel.I just had a listen on You T and yes I am pretty sure that is the sound I heard.I knew it sounded like barking ,but didn't realise that Deers barked lolol. My mind can rest now and not worry about an animal in distress :-D :-D
Our internet has been down for several hours and has just come back.Its been driving me potty :-S

Collected my new specs today.........but they have to go back. The LEFT lens is better than my old specs, but the RIGHT lens is worse than my old specs! :-S I tried looking through the good lens of each at the same time......... not possible and I nearly poked an eye out !!! lol

We saw the film Impossible about the Tsunami today.........the realism and effects were good, but it was a bit predictable.

Very frosty and foggy here first thing ,i think the frost has lifted as it's not white on the shed roof now.

Just got to walk to town to pick up my tablets from Boo*s and put a prescription in for hubby, might get a few loaves of bread in the freezer if we're in for some snow at the week end, i like to keep the freezer stocked up this time of year .

Change of plan again for tea tonight !! son is feeling dizzy this morning so he's not in to work with hubby ,he had his ears syringed out and now he feels a little dizzy so it's back to me cooking .

Mandy ,I thought we were going to wake up to fog but we just had a bit of frost.I saw you might get some wintry weather tomorrow??

An I tried to send Fionas pics but they won't go (It says something about the size to big)

I missed my hair appointment last week :-S but have managed to get one today ,but it is at 5.30.So I will be going out in the dark for a hair cut.That will seem very strange lol

Freezing fog here last night..Fog is just lifting now..We could have snow showers here today..Thanks for all the jokes Frank and all..Also some photos that I have replied. too..

Took another lot of things to charity shop yesterday..Friday t he shop was quite bare.. but since then we have had a lot of donations...People are trying hard to sort though it..I did a bit yesteday too before going on the till.

Yesterday morning spent a lot of time cleaning areas that people dont notice have been cleaned lol.. It was lovely and sunny yesterday and Jane yes the sun makes you feel good...

I will wrap up warm and take Mocha for a short walk. soon...Not to much to do today might find time to read a few chapters of my book.. b f n

A lot of unwanted christmas presents are being donated...

Morning All and Evening Kim,

It rained a tiny bit last night and then it turned misty. It is still a bit misty now! Don't know if we had any frost as I did'nt get up till 10.15am again.

Just finishing my cuppa. Washing in the dryer and more ironing to do. Tell me something new!!!! It's as bad as painting that bridge, as soon as you have finished it is time to start again. :-( :-( :-(

Wish Maureen lived near me then she could do it all for me.
