That's good news for you Liz, it has been a long wait hasn't it, but well worth it.

At last, daughter's partner came over and has cut up the rest of the logs from the walnut tree, it's only been sitting out there for nearly a year. I did a bit of tidying up in the garden and got stung a few times with nettles, it's usually gone by now but I have pins and needles in both fingers that got stung. I was in shorts too, but hasten to add, not topless :-D

That is sad news about Robin Gibb, I love their music have got a few of their CD's. He was quite high profile here, more so than his brothers but he looked very skeletal for a long time.

Hope to get the ironing out of the way quickly tomorrow and get back in the garden, needs a lot doing out there.

So your BBC is back William, my lodger had made himself comfortable here last night and was fast asleep on a dining chair when I came down this morning.

I stung both my hands the day before yesterday right across both lots of knuckles and today they were still a bit prickerly especially when I washed them.

Liz that is good news for you and Ian and Millie too will be glad for more room in the new house. The weeks pass so quickly now so not long before you shall all be settled in and enjoying your new build. You will wonder how you managed in the caravan all that time.

Well I watched my Silk program tonight. Thought it was on last night as I had'nt gone shopping I thought yesterday was Tuesday!!

I ordered the chair today and it should arrive on Friday if I am lucky. Now all I have to do is find some time to enjoy it..... Still hav'nt decided where to put it yet but when I got in from shopping oh said he had just the place for it!!............wait for it.............................................................................................on the trailer so he can put me anywhere in the garden I wish to sit at that time!!!!!! and I thought he had found somewhere senible for once..........MEN

We have just finished dinner!.So late.But I waited until Jess arrived until we ate.Chris has gone straight to bed now as he is up at 5am :-S :-S,which means I will be awake( not funny).He is off to Birmingham first thing.

Another glorious day :-D.I was out early with Chester,and am now in for the rest of the day.I think some weeding is in order this morning if my eyes don't water too much :-S

Another nice warm day here but a bit cloudy and not much sun. A pleasent sort of working day to be outside.

I was going to have a good clean today but oh has just organized me to go to Holsworthy and Launceston for more plants, baskets and soil for the new pond. It is market day in Hols. today so will be busy.

Oh what a bummer, we were just going to B & ~ got in the car, and the battery was flat as a pancake. RAC are here now. charging the battery. He will then test is, it might mean a new battery (MORE EXPENCE) He will know in 10 minutes or so. Lets hope it's good news.. Can't think of any reason why it should have happened.

Another wonderful morning, i'm in sandals, shorts and T shirts. Can't wait to get my shirt off, but wouldn't dream of going out bare chested.!!!!

More lovely hot sun !! been to the car boot today , bought a sewing machine, mine has packed up and as its getting on a bit i thought it wasn't worth having it looked at , this one was £25 , and i got it for £20 !!
I've been having a fiddle with it and it goes well, now i can get some bits done that's been hanging about waiting to be stitched.

Mel, i can just see you on the back of the trailer being towed round the garden :-D :-D ....forward a bit , back a bit !! ......no too much shade ........no too much sun !!LOLOL

Hope you got the car sorted Frank, maybe one of the cars interior lights was left on , they can drain your battery , one of the little ones touched one of our lights in the car and that was left on we only noticed it at night when it was dark , you don't noticed it during the day in day light .

DIL's day for the midwife and she's been told the baby is breach !! she's got a while so hopefully the baby will turn , although the last one didn't
Also she should have been taking Iron tablets according to this midwife , the last one she saw said there was no need too, no wonder she's so tired !!

Bought some plants this morning too so better get out and get them planted .

Battery knackered. RAC said don't turn it off or it won't start again. Off treked to Northampton Went to six different tyre places. price range between £70/110.00 three didn't have the size in stock. TWO wouldn't fit it to the car as they weren't INSURED. The other couldn't find the battery on his computer, and that was a National Company.

Came home parked up and I came on the web. I can get one delivered to our home for tomorrow for £52.00 including delivery and VAT. and it's an EXCID# battery with 3 years guarentee, so someone is making a fortune in that business.


You would think that in this trading climate, business's would be bending over to get the business, but their attitude is take it or leave it. I LEFT IT.

Ros has gone down the road to a patchwork meeting with a few of the "GIRLS".

I am so hot .Have hoovered right through this afternoon and set up the travel cot for Ethan.In a minute I am nipping a couple of doors down to a neighbour who is kindly going to lend me a baby walker and maybe some other bits that will help keep Ethan amused.
I must have drunk gallons of iced water today and sweated it all out lol.I haven't spent a penny since this morning !!!

Jess has gone off for a walk down the lane with her camera.I think she must find it strange to come and stay and James is out at work.Lord knows what she will find to do with herself next week when he is on nights and then sleeping all day :-S :-S

Mandy ,I call her Dippy Dora lol.She is very sweet but dippy .She said she just kept walking in a straight line.Who knows where she might have ended up if James hadn't rung her lol

Very little happening; hairdresser came to do my hair today. More daughter troubles, but won't bore you with that.

Kim,Rachel and Ethan will be here until Saturday morning .I have just been trying to put up a high chair for Ethan........I just can't seem to work out how get the back of the seat upright :-S :-S :-S Maybe Rachel will be able to do it.
They have just popped into Tesc* so will be here any moment.
