Debra I'm not able to find anything on either of them. I saw Patrick and Bridget Drudy on the 1881 living with their grandparents but where was Mary? Didn't see Hugh on the 1881 either. Did they marry in Ireland? What happened to Michael Drudy? Rose

Ken, I found the immigration record for Charles who arrived Aug 10, 1869 on the ship Colorado but he came alone. I can't find the record for the others. None appear on the 1870 census but they are all on the 1880 with 3 more children and Charles' brother Edward. I can send you the images, just need your email address. Rose

Hello and thanks for offering. Have an English census return of1901 that says Ethel M Moore 11 birthplace United States of America and on the actual return states USA American British Subject. Her parents were Mary E Moore 52 (transcribed as Mary C Moore) born Thurmaston Leicester England and Thomas Moore 53 Whitwick Leicester England. I cannot find them in 1891 so assuming they went to America and possibly with their son Frederick H Moore 16. A long shot I know but hoping you can find them in America. Ages are all as 1901 Many thanks for your time Elaine

Elaine, Can't find anything definitive. There are 2 possible records but with some descrepancies. Arriving May 21, 1888 Mr Moore age 43 Mrs Moore age 40 Miss Moore age 12. Was Frederick their first child or did they have a daughter that maybe died or married prior to the 1901 census? This would also indicate the Frederick stayed in England. Arriving Aug 10, 1888 Mr Moore age 44 Mrs Moore age 40 No children. Sorry I couldn't be more help Rose
