Hope everyone enjoyed Their Christmas Day. My message from yesterday seems to have disappeared!!! Now why does that surprise me.

We had a lovely day with all the children here with FIL too, 7 for dinner and 9 in the evening.


I only managed dinner and had a small piece of Xmas pud in the evening no tea and very few nuts no sweets at all.

Hubby went for a walk and had to test the ice on the lake.................. mistake he had one very wet leg sock boot etc. Children never grow up.

I was going to see if WH Smith was open in town today but couldn't be bothered. I have, in the past, got Christmas cards half price ready for the following year by doing this. I't surprising how much of a saving this is.

Oo.. thanks for the drink, I needed that. I have been to both my places of work this morning & I have just popped into Smiths for my cards for next year.
It is a lovely morning here..suns out, no rain, no wind & not cold.

So sorry I've not been on.
Computer got a virus !!! or adaware or something?
Had to pester my darling son and he spent about 2 hours this morning clearing it, protecting it and updating things.
Hopefully I now know not to click on any pop ups and give myself problems.

I have been to a rugby match this afternoon that was good fun. A first for me.

Tomorrow we will take FIL home, go to see my parents as Mum is in great pain with sciatica and Dad is very worried about the pain she is in.
Then we will go to my brothers to see his family before his 2 girls go back to jobs and Uni.

Hi all
well I am back had a good chirstmas 14 of us for Christmas dinner on Christmas day and 9 for Boxing day. my granddaughter stacey and her children and husband Brett have all chest infections and coughs so I hope I dont get it. the kids were climbing all over me for cuddles and kisses. I had a large picture of the three children in a frame and another frame with four photos of Charlie the youngest he looks lovely and the photographer has entered him in a baby contest dont know which one it is.I will tell you in the next reply what happened to my granddaughter stacey.
first I had some lovely presents 3 boxes of Choclates "Thortons " two boxs of After eight mints one was turkist delight the other mints
I also had a coat shawl from my daughter and her husband I had already had a new telephone from them. I had 4 CD's all ones I was going to buy.
also a hamper.and I had a book frm my sister of "Willesden " she had brought it from the history society I was so pleased it has all the places I have been searching and many I know as I grew up in Willesden. and a book of Willesden Postcards.
I didnt have to do anything over the four days except eat and sleep and grow fat.
so now I have to catch up on all the jobs I need to do.

My Grandaughter.
she had to go to the hospital for test as she is on many drugs due to her very bad health she has crutches to walk with and had to have 7 days of blood transfusions a couple of weeks ago.she is 34 years old.
she got to the hospital and they gave her a form to fillin her signiture for permission to do the camera into tummy she didnt sign then they gave her an injection into her arm she said it has not gone into my vein they told her people always say that, she insisted it had not it was to kill any pain the next thing she knew they had her held down two nurses and they inserted the camers and did a bit of cutting for biopsies she screamed and told them to stop they carried on. when the had finished she said I felt ever cut you made and she was shaking and crying she said I didnt give you persmission to do those biopsies the doctor said you did she said didnt one of the nursing sisters said to her when she got outside she thought Stacey had been treated badly and felt sorry for her she said dont leave it at that when Stacey got home she told Brett he rushed back to the hospital and had a go at the doctor the doctor said she did give permissioin Brett said where and the doctor looked on the slip he pointed and said there Brett said thats your siginituire on the other side of the page and you could see it. the Nurse told the doctor Stacey did not give her permission the doctor put the paper on his desk and said he was sorry.but Brett said you will be i am taking this further and the doctor hung onto the paper but Brett took it back and they have reported it to the hospital heads poor kid she has been through hell with that hospital .
