You're quite right everyone, and No Mel, I'M not taking that from a Nurse! I am making an appointment to see our Dr (who is lovely and a woman!) and discuss the 'state of play' with her, I shall mention the incontinence team or lack of, and see what she says! Thanks Ann for mentioning it. I think Musgrove is beginning to seethe a bit with discontent, as quite a lot of Staff (Nursing) have been asked to take a pay CUT, naturally they're not at all happy with that situation, even so it's no excuse! They even queried the Statins Ian is taking! the bog standard ones (I take) didn't agree with him so after trying one or two others he found one that did, and apparently that was vaguely frowned upon as 'being expensive'! well there we are, perhaps they'd rather us older folk just rolled over and died, be cheaper!!! enough of moaning, had a much better night, only up once, and managed hold on and pee in the loo, that happened again at 7.30, so begin to feel we are making progress!!! Have been having a good tidy up outside, feel like it so shall continue today as I may NOT feel like it again for months!!

Morning Jane, Mel Liz
Glad Ian is on the mend Liz

Dull and misty here to Jane.
Googles forcast for my region just says light rain & mist, no snow which the TV weather said we should be getting tomorrow. I will just wait till I open the curtains tomorrow and see.

Daughter no 2 feeling better and wants me to go into town with her this afternoon, she is applying to her oldwork place for a few hours aweek, not to much as she still has to concentrate on her uni work. she thinks she will have a good chance as it's her old boss and they got on really well.

Daughter no 2 is on face book and got a message from one of MY cousins in America.Alyson is the daughter of my mums brother Alf.
I am very pleased as I have been unable to keep in touch with uncle Alf as it seems he now has the on set of dementia and cannot use the computer and send e-mails.
poor aunt Kay is having a tough time, but thankfully both her children & their families only live a couple of hours away.

Hope Sheila had a restfull night

Cofffee time and got a pile of ironing to get through

Morning to you all,

Was up at 6.15 Ros had to leave at 7.00 to go to Woodlands, for her injuctions. Have no idea when they will be back. They told her she wouldn't be able to move for a few hours after it. Her friend has taken a book with her for the duration.

Hope shelia os O.K.

Mel, Yes. Valentines park, would take my two children there to see the wildlife, on a Sunday morning when we were visiting the In-Laws. Can't say I knew the mini cab office, but we were so close then (in distance) It was inevitable that we would meet again in later life !!!!

Liz, I hope you get things sorted with the Doctor. I know each month on our repeat perscriptions, they keep changeing the manufacturers. I bet it's down to cost. But what can you say. !!! I take ten tablets in one go every morning eight more during the day and five at night. then my sleeper. I wouldn't know if one didn't agree with me, until it upset me, then I wouldn't know which one anyway. You just have to rely on the Drs.

Very overcast here this morning and a chill in the air, I've been to the garage to get something out from the freezer !!!! That me for fresh air today !!!!

They changed my heart pill to one that did'nt have the days on the pills. When I had to make sure mum had taken her pills I had to have the days on mine. They changed mums to Congesicore from Cardicore which did'nt have the days on. they would'nt let mum have Cardicore but they let me. I am still on those now, thank goodness. I bet the Congesicore were cheaper!!

Mel, you can bet your life they were!!! As you say Frank, you just have to rely on the Dr, and keep your fingers crossed!!! Have done a lot of clearing up outside, but it is now very overcast, not cold but gloomy. We have, however, got quite a lot of snowdrops out which is really cheering, sure sign of Spring!!! When I brushed and combed Millie yesterday I cut the 'feathers' on the end of her tail as it was forever plastered in mud! I think I went a bit too far as her tail now looks very diddy!!! poor old Millie, with her careless mother turning her into a laughing stock!! I've done loads of washing so must go and sort that out now, See you later!!!

The car's back! hooray! mind you, fingers crossed!! Went to the surgery and picked up 'pads' loads of them!! so I think that crisis is over!! Have made Fish Pie for supper, nice and easy; Watched Neil Oliver last night,, recorded from night before, brilliant, really interesting, Question Time tonight (recorded) I always seem to go to sleep about 9.pm, so nearly everything has to be recorded!!! Glad Ros is home Frank, DO hope her treatment is successful. COT should do the trick!! Millie still fascinated by next door's cat! I'm sure it was laughing behind it's paw at her short tail! I don't think she noticed though!! Must go and feed Merlin!

Morning All,

From the rain lashed Midlands........cold too. OH is on his maiden voyage in the footie minibus to a match in Hyde. Sooner him than me, especially on the way back, riding with beer filled footie fans!!! lol He decided as it was a good distance and he couldn't persuade me to go with him it would be much cheaper to go in the minibus. So now I have a lovely day to please myself in......great!!

Hope Ros's legs have turned back from jelly now Frank and that she is feeling less pain. I meant to ask you before whether she and the other ladies are working on another tapestry project now they finished the tunnel one??

Hope Ian is still improving Liz. I am the same about 9.00pm bedtime. lol If I go to bed much later I can't get up early!! Now OH doesn't work and have to be up 6.00am, he stays up later more often and it is playing havoc with my sleep......I can't get up early or go to sleep early now.

A cuppa now I think............heck I'm not usually first on here these days......where are you all?

PS No offence taken David......after all it is only an abbreviation of teat.
