Good evening and good morning to all..

Pam - Years ago I only had to take one quinine-sulphate tablet and my cramps would go away and be gone for months - but they are unavailable without prescription these days - and might interfere with any existing medications.

I have been taking a patent - Crampeze - all year now and I've had no more problems with cramps. Sometimes, the toes feel like they are about to start something, but I bend my ankle (toes pointing UP not down) a few times, and they go away.

Hello everyone ......so glad I managed to get here in time for the celebrations : ))

Hi Linda - Tec has already made my day with good wishes from himself and the duchess - also the promise of things to come - flowers, chocolates, champers - all those things I like.

Your birthday cake and decorations are lovely, Linda. I can't wait to taste it - although it seems a pity to spoil the look of it.

Hello Tec .....in fact I have several party frocks on ( couldn't decide on which one to wear ) , they all came out of the dressing up bag under the bed so they are a bit crumpled ...............lol

I have nothing planned for to-day. A good day for staying home with no blue in the sky and outside looking very damp. Must have rained/showered during the night but doing nothing at the moment. I don't know how a Thursday birthday fits in with everyone's schedules. I might have to wait until the weekend to see them. I have already received two presents last Saturday when I attended my grandson's birthday.

We should have burst out and shouted " Surprise " ....lol

Couldn't miss our lovely Berona's birthday party. Your party dresses are lovely Amanda - don't use them for anything else:-))

I see we're all dressed up. I hope Tec doesn't fall over in the dark and get mud on his tuxedo.
