I am on an extremely strict diet at the moment, it has already started working in a week and a half but i keep obsessing over mars bars!!!!! Its one of my most favourite things in the world, sounds sad but i cant stop thinking about having one!!!! xx

you cant make me do that to my precious mars bar!!! lol MMmmmmmm a can of diet coke and a mars bar just out of the fridge....taking a bite and urgh its full of maggots, oh what the heck might aswell still finish it LOL xxx

basically what im eating everyday is, Cups of tea during the day Evening meal - Pasta and plain tinned tomatoes Pasta and tuna Rice and peas Chicken breast and veg Chicken breast and rice Its ok cos its food i enjoy but i enjoy mars bars even more!!! xx

has anyone ever tried a battered deep fried mars bar? Ive never had the guts to try one incase it was nasty and put me off eating them lol xx

Did you know... A Mars bar is 11 per cent saturated fat. Standard milk is only 2 per cent saturated fat!!!! thats alot of nasty fat! :((

Seriously.......heaps of water, the more the better. Not too much pasta or rice, because of the starch content. They might fill you up, but they leave you feeling hungry too quickly. And buy the tins of tomatoes with herbs such as garlic and pepper. The herbs can actually aid digestion as well as add flavour. And don't forget dairy, very important for us girls. Yes, I have tried the deep fried mars bars. It was lovely, with nice light sweet batter. You only want a mini size one though, otherwise they can get a bit sickly.

Em....telling me things like that really DOES work!!!! xx Rebs, yeah i get the tinned tomatoes from morrisions with the herbs in them!! See i LOVE spag bol but boyfriend tells me it isnt as healthy as i thought so im just sticking with the plain tinned tomatoes with pasta xx

Hi steedie Have you seen that 'Paul Mckenna can make you slim' I caught one episode and if you're obsessing you have to hit yourself!!! Well tap really above the eyes cheekbone, collar bone and back of the hand. I tried it for crisps - didn't work but looks completely mad felt like a peculir tic tac man! Perhaps you could have half a bar - you should have some rewards. Kaz :o)

seriously though, a great tip for dieters, is eating grapefruit before your main meal... the enzymes present in grapefruit help increase fat burning. Also Grapefruit is almost 90% water!! Great for aiding digestion.

Em, i didnt know about grapefruit!! Cool i will get some tomoro!! Kaz forgot to say, my fridge is FULL of mars bar...well ok not full but we have a pack of them in their that my boyfriend bought for me the other week, hes been eating them but when im not there so i dont have to watch. But he did bring one to bed last night and it sat on the side for an hour until i couldnt take anymore and made him put it back in the fridge LOL xxx

Steedie slices a mars bar up and then freeze them and just have a slice when you fancy one. They last a lot longer and get the enjoyment of a whole bar. Lisa xx
