no Steedie, you need a juicer... they are brilliant, my kids are always whizzing up juices... Pineapple, lemon and orange is the favorite at the moment :)) much quicker than muching your way through the fruit.... |

tinned fruit is fine, probably more nutricious than fresh if reports are anything to go by. But make sure you buy the fruit in natural juice, not the fruit in syrup. That has a heap of added sugar you don't need. snap Em |

tinned fruit ok... but not in syrup!! natural juice only ;))) another tip... lol If you can juice Carrots (a juicer is great) they are the king od Juices with so many benefits for your body, ridding it of toxins and cleaning the liver of fat etc... absolutely brilliant for your skin, teeth and bones, hair and nails... just one glass a day, and you will see the benefit after a week. ;)) |

it really does work rebs... also, another tip .. drink a glass of water before you start a meal... it fills you up slightly, making you eat less food. and of course we all know the goodness of water. |

I read that somewhere Em, about the grapefruit. Also, first thing in the morning, have a warm glass of water flavoured with ginger. It kick starts your metabolism making everything work faster. |

Steedie slices a mars bar up and then freeze them and just have a slice when you fancy one. They last a lot longer and get the enjoyment of a whole bar. Lisa xx |

seriously though, a great tip for dieters, is eating grapefruit before your main meal... the enzymes present in grapefruit help increase fat burning. Also Grapefruit is almost 90% water!! Great for aiding digestion. |

Hi steedie Have you seen that 'Paul Mckenna can make you slim' I caught one episode and if you're obsessing you have to hit yourself!!! Well tap really above the eyes cheekbone, collar bone and back of the hand. I tried it for crisps - didn't work but looks completely mad felt like a peculir tic tac man! Perhaps you could have half a bar - you should have some rewards. Kaz :o) |
