It's in this site, Ann - www.abarnett.demon*.*co.uk/jokes.html How do you get an elephant into a matchbox? Take out all the matches first.

Lucia Distraction is a good method. Occupy yourself with other things. What gives you the most pleasure? Make an effort to switch your thoughts to those things. Recognise 'circling thoughts' (thoughts that go round and round in your head) as they can wear you down. Socrates knew about that 5000 years ago and said how important it was to break them. If you understand what is happening to you, you are well on the road to winning. len

Where do hamsters come from? Hamsterdam! Why do mice need oiling? Because they squeak! What do rodents say when they play bingo? 'Eyes down for a full mouse'! What does a twelve-pound mouse say to a cat? 'Here Kitty, kitty, kitty'! What kind of musical instrument do mice play? A mouse organ! Why do mice have long tails? Well, they'd look silly with long hair!
