Lucia Distraction is a good method. Occupy yourself with other things. What gives you the most pleasure? Make an effort to switch your thoughts to those things. Recognise 'circling thoughts' (thoughts that go round and round in your head) as they can wear you down. Socrates knew about that 5000 years ago and said how important it was to break them. If you understand what is happening to you, you are well on the road to winning. len |

Len, that's sounds advice. Thank you.. Fred, thanks..I'm trying not to worry but I just can't help myself...I managed to take my mind off things today but only because there's something else for me to worry about...oh woe is me..:-( Thanks very much for the advice xx |
