Where do hamsters come from? Hamsterdam! Why do mice need oiling? Because they squeak! What do rodents say when they play bingo? 'Eyes down for a full mouse'! What does a twelve-pound mouse say to a cat? 'Here Kitty, kitty, kitty'! What kind of musical instrument do mice play? A mouse organ! Why do mice have long tails? Well, they'd look silly with long hair! |

Lucia Distraction is a good method. Occupy yourself with other things. What gives you the most pleasure? Make an effort to switch your thoughts to those things. Recognise 'circling thoughts' (thoughts that go round and round in your head) as they can wear you down. Socrates knew about that 5000 years ago and said how important it was to break them. If you understand what is happening to you, you are well on the road to winning. len |

Last one for tonight .... :-) What's grey, has four legs, and a trunk? A mouse, going on holiday. What's brown, has four legs, and a trunk? The same mouse, coming back from holiday. |

There was an old man in France who used to get up every morning at five A.M. He would then go and sprinkle a white powder on the roads. When he was asked what he was sprinkling on the roads, he answered that it was elephant powder. The person then remarked 'But everybody knows that there are no elephants in France!' to which he answered 'I guess it must be working then!' |

Lucia - you think of other things - remember it takes more muscles to frown than to smile and smiling makes you look pretty. STOP WORRYING> Ann |
