Go jogging, bungy jumping, rock climbing, put on some load music and dance, watch sky/digital and immerse youself in a film, try crochet or knitting, jigsaw puzzle, crossword, yoga, bake a cake (to celebrate!), clean your room, paint a picture,or sit in the garden, relax, sunbathe (plenty of cream) and STOP worrying! There was an old man in France who used to get up every morning at five A.M. He would then go and sprinkle a white powder on the roads. When he was asked what he was sprinkling on the roads, he answered that it was elephant powder.
