I have a jumper on now Ann lol.It's a clear sky and the wind has picked up.Gasman has just gone.Coming back on thursday to fit yet another new pump!.

None of us are getting excited about the house until the final bit of handing over the keys!!!!

More snow for our Shirl I see.Hopefully it is just a small flurry.It seems to have been snowing there for ages now.

Chester has just had a massive sneezing fit.One sneeze was so big he hit his nose on the floor and we heard his teeth clash together lol

Jane, My head is still heavy and at times concentrating is hard work, and my throat is very dry with all the yucky stuff that is trickling down. Atibiotics don't usually agree with me but this lot haven't given me to much trouble and I take my last one tomorrow morning so thats ok. unfortunatly they don't take away the problem just clear the tubes a bit. keeping my finger crossed the heavy headache goes away.

Sometimes I think you can get your sinuses washed out (or something) I know one of Chris's collegues (sp) had that done.
The sausages are in cooking ,burgers done .Smells a bit like a BBQ here lol.Oh for the smell of proper BBQs.Roll on summer.

Have just had an email with pics from our young friend in Dubai showing us her Baby Bump.She is now 25 weeks.Her bump is high up and out front.I think it might be a boy!!lol

I've never had a virus either YET!! Ian had his computor hacked in to though about a year ago, had our suspicions, but couldn't prove anything. We updated bits and bobs and haven't had any trouble since!! Both been tired today, walked Millie, saw to Merlin, and that was about it!!! Salad supper so easy! Oh, I made some Flapjack!!! Early night, should feel better tomorrow!

I also had a virus it happened today when I was using this site, my son has had trouble fixing it, he will have another look tomorrow. I then went on my lap top again on this site and exactly the same thing happened he managed to fix this quickly because it goes through Wi Fi. It blocks everything and tells you have a lot of virus's which is completely false.

I feel absolutely pooped tonight.Had a bad night sleep last night.Awake every hour with the hot sweats and itchy.I read from about 3am till 4 am without disturbing Chris!.( that's a first) lol

Phone has gone on the blink,Can't keep the battery compartment closed keeps spring open,tried everything, Ordered some new ones this afternoon. They should be here next week. Now I've got new ones coming, I tried to SUPER GLUE the base on, and still it won't stay shut. Will use the extention till the new one arrives. I've ordered a SIEMA#S. They seem to be fairly priced and got a very good customer feedback.

That horrible programme is on at present "TAKE ME OUT" I hate everything about it, and that Paddy McG###### gets right up my nose.

Had Indian tonight, After chinese yesterday, Will be good to get back to roast tomorrow.

Lewis left here with a very bad cold and snotty head.!!! hope he gets clear of it before Monday. We doped him up with everything this end and sent it home with him, hope M & D continue with medicines.

I seem to be the early bird this morning! well, earlyish!! Back still painful, but not as bad as last night when it really was dreadful!! I can see, in the mirror, a large bruise appearing, so perhaps it is 'coming out', as my Granny used to say! This morning I've sprayed it with cold back spray, rubbed in Ibuleve, and Arnica, AND taken two paracetamol! so if that lot doesn't help I don't think anything will! Mel, I hope your virus problems don't prove to be serious, that would be a complete pain, and worrying for you. Our 'crew' were coming down over 1/2 term, but had to cancel owing to bad colds. I still don't want Ian to be exposed to germs if possible, mind you the hospital could prove a seething den!! In a way I'm glad they didn't come with my 'back', not sure that I could have coped with a lively 3 year old, and a puppy!! Horrid day here again, may clear later. Do hope you had a good holiday Anne, I expect you feel it has done you a power of good. Jane I've pm'd you.

Morning and yes I am still here at the moment!

Don't think it rained in the night which is a change and I had left two things out on the washing line! A tea towel which was dry and my victorian petticote which I had found in the wardrobe in OH's study with tabacco stains on the top. I soaked it for a day or so then hung it out dripping wet. Still wet today but not too bad.

Welcome home Anne and hope you are well rested and chilled out. I know you had a lovely time.

Lovely sunny day , spring is almost here. but for a chilly wind.
Glad your home Anne safe & sound. that reminds me every time we went on holiday Mum & dad's last words were "gives us a ring when you get there, and lets us know when you get back"
I find myself saying that to my daughters and families when they go anywhere now.
Hope your Computer gets sorted Mel, I'm still waiting for my New one to come been 4 weeks or is it five ,I've lost count.

Fiona when we always got home from visiting my in laws we had to call them and let their phone ring 3 times,to let them know we had arrived.
I always ask Hannah and James to let me know when they had got to where they are going,but very often they forget and I end up ringing them lol.Chris thinks I'm daft and says we would soon know if something was wrong.I know he is right but I still like to know lol

Well our lovely sunny spring morning turned into rain and now it is miserable.
Hannah and a friend have gone for a power walk around Wicksteed Park I think.Rather them than me!!

Was going to go out and watch West Ham on Sk# but I think I will turn on the radio instead. They are playing Liverpool . I bet none of you need to know that.

Lovely here ,the sun is shining away ,when i went as far as the back door to see son and family off this morning i thought it seemed quite chilly out .

No wonder i've felt rough , i've just read my hospital papers ,they told me i had a chest infection , i've read the papers i brought home and it says Pnuemonia!!

I hope your bad back will soon be better Liz, nothing worse than a bad back, you sound as if your doing all you can to treat it .

Hubby wanted to take me to the coast today but i just don't feel like it .

I see Anne is home from her holiday ,bet she's had a good time and will feel cold now after all the sun !!
