hi gwyne its compost and yes there real mushrooms , i tried growing mushrooms last yr and got nothing lol xx

just checked its spent mushroom compost, so growing mushrooms in the dark is ninkcomp poop

This has made me laugh! Any sign of the peas yet - they probably won't stand a chance with all those mushrooms. Was it your own old mushroom compost that you used? If so, I'd start again with the peas in new compost, if you've got any seeds left. If they're coming up too, though, 2 for 1, eh?

hi wend not its morrisons own lol thing is only sewd in little plastc think a few days ago and check this morning and ive 4 mushrooms, oh well it will go with me spuds just need a chicken and ive got a dinner xx

Be serious now Mac - this girl has obviously got very green fingers - she plants dwarf peas and gets a bonus of mushrooms - can you do that? I can't. Hope you got on ok with your dwarf pea, btw - perhaps you could plant a few mushroom spores yourself too. Anything will do - do you have an old pair of damp slippers by any chance - they'll be fine x

yes carolb got some tatties growing in my recycle bin (it is recycling), we get new ones everynow and again. now don't get on the subject of sprouts lol
