Hello Alison Would you mind looking up my gr grandfather named John Kennedy ( born 1859/60) who sailed out from Liverpool leaving my gr grandmother pregnant having my grandfather born in 1894 - so could have left in 1893/4. Possibly died at sea as he never returned. I would be very grateful for any information on him. Kind regards Gillian Hindley

Hi, Thanks for the offer. I don't know what CLIP is but I'm looking for any information on Alex Rebera. He is on the 1901 census in Lambeth, aged 20, born Colombo, Ceylon occupation listed as seaman. I'm presuming his ship must have docked somewhere in London and he was maybe waiting for the return trip. Any info would be really helpful. Many thanks Sue

Hi Jackie Oops Sorry!!!! I did miss you. James BRAY the only ones showing are born Bridgewater & Liverpool. Robert BRAy only born Watchet, Somerset. Thomas BRAY only born Belfast & Canada. William BRAY only born Cardiff, Devon, Luton & Cleveland. KITSON only one and that was a George 35 from Hull, Master on Master on Adeline from 1881. Only John BARRETT's from Liverpool, West Mersey, Dorset Devonport, Bude If you think there may a connection still I'll have a furthur look. Again I am sorry I missed you out. Regards Alison

Hi Maz Sorry no CHINN's at all. SAMPSON there are hundreds and it would take forever to transcribe them all. If you can give me birt places it might help narrow it down to a more manageable level. Regards Alison

Hi Maureen Only have an R Hannaford, and with very few details. No age or anything, Vessel was Florence Louisa, List start was 1898, np previous ship details, just official no 67970 and source FLI (Flintshire) Hope theres a connection Good luck Alison

Hi Alison, Thanks for the offer, Do you have anything on these two :- Samuel FROST DofB 1847. and John Thomas FROST they were both mariners. I believe that Samuel was born in Devon and John Thomas was born in Hull, I have no other details The D of B for Thomas was 1869 Judith
