Pauline Unfortunately it doesn't cover Ireland. I think from digging around that Red Bay is in the parish of Ardclinnis in the diocese of Connor in Antrim. I copied this for you from the Antim Gov site Organisations in Northern Ireland that may be able to help you. Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) PRONI provides an invaluable source of information. Staff are able to offer advice and will answer limited and specific enquiries. Although PRONI does not undertake genealogical research, they can supply a list of professional genealogists upon request. Once you have gathered sufficient information and wish to view the records, it is advisable to contact the office in advance to ascertain whether relevant records are available for consultation. Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) 66 Balmoral Avenue Belfast BT9 6NY T: 028 9025 5905 F: 028 9025 5999 E: [email protected] W:http://proni.nics.gov.uk/ Ulster Historical Foundation The Ulster Historical Foundation is a non-profit making organisation founded in 1956 to promote interest in Irish genealogy and history, with particular reference to the province of Ulster. It is the principle genealogical research agency in Ireland and a leading publisher of historical, educational and genealogical source books. The centre also has access to all records currently held at the Public Record Office for Northern Ireland. W:www.ancestryireland.co.uk General Register Office The General Register Office (GRO) is responsible for the administration of marriage law and the provision of a system for the civil registration of births, deaths, marriages and adoptions in Northern Ireland. The main records held are the statutory registers of births, deaths, marriages, still-births and adoptions. The office does not engage in genealogical research although the records can contain valuable information for anyone compiling a family tree. General Register Office Oxford House 49 Chichester Street Belfast BT1 4HL T: 028 9025 2000 W:www.groni.gov.uk The Federation for Ulster Local Studies The Federation for Ulster Local Studies was established in 1975 to assist local history groups throughout the province in developing their skills and building knowledge of their locality's past. Federation for Ulster Local Studies 18 May Street, Belfast, BT1 4NL T: 029 90 235254 F: 028 90434086 E: [email protected] W:www.ulsterlocalhistory.org Antrim Historical Society Dr. Bob Foy 13 Innishgarry Park Antrim BT41 4LA Roots Web has a small number of user-submitted databases with Irish parish register material listed. The Irish Ancestors site has links to on-line resources for individual counties whcih includes some parish register material. And the Genuki county pages for Ireland have sections devoted to Church Records. NorthernIrelandGenWeb at www(.)rootsweb(.)com(/)(~)nirwgw have county pages which often include details of the parishes whose registers have been filmed by the LDS. Good Luck Cheers Michelle

Marianne Re Pimlico 'PIMLICO, a parochial district, formerly a chapelry, in the parish of St. George Hanover Square, borough and city of Westminster, county Middlesex, 3 miles W. by S. of St. Paul's. It was constituted a separate ecclesiastical district by an order in council in July, 1830. It is difficult to pin down exactly where each of the church records for the parish were deposited but from what I can gather they would be at either of two places (maybe both) Westminster City Archives, 10 St Ann's Street, London SW1P 2DE or London Metropolitan Archives, 40 Northampton Road London EC1R OHB Cheers Michelle
