Henry..
PM means personal message which is what this is that you have sent me,only I can see it.
I am posting it here so the others on this post can see it.

From Henry, Hello Vivienne thanks for all that info on H R P,it has given me plenty to think about and plenty to look into. The date on his school report is May 11th 1891 and his name is down as Henry Robson, I never thought anything about it until the idea, was he Henry Robson to start with. I put it down to the fact the report was going to his home and the Headmaster who wrote it just called him by his first names.Any way as suggested I need his marriage cert. that is next. The school was not a bording school.I am not sure what PM means when it says not by PM. Kind regards Harry.

So LondonBelle was spot on then with her work.
Well done LB another notch in your belt there.

With the info that you have just given Harry it would have been solved much much quicker.
At least you know for next time that all info you have is needed as of course we cant see what you have in front of you.

But we are so good on here that we usually get there in the end anyhow.
Sound of of trumpets >>>:)

Just thought I'ld use the local RO index to confirm LB's choice of spouses on her lookups.

http://www.newcastle.gov.uk/core.nsf/a/dfcdeathshistorical

1873 ROBSON Jane A
1873 PARKER John
Marriage venue - St John the Baptist
Register No./Entry No.
EJD34/291

1881 PARKER Jane A
1881 ROBSON William J
1881 ROBSON Jane A
Marriage venue - St John the Baptist
Register No./Entry No.
EJD37/282
[so the local index shows both Jane's surnames, but only when I look up a Robson]
