Shelly I knew that so there.
Dads memories has 200 pages now but it will increase as the book is smaller pages and we have some old photos to go in as well so nice ones of places in Willesden and some of Dads paintings we have taken copies of and they will go into the book as well . My own one has come to a hault at the moment I have so much going on letters to write. files to sort and have to draw up a new family tree for myside of the family as i now have a lot more dates I have to get a large clip file to put the papers we have done of Dads work . that will take me ages as I need to punch the holes in the right places. a couple, of the Willesden Characters Like the Horse Doctor an the Good Hearted Butcher . i am giving to a magazine for they need History of the area and people. so I have a lot to do.

Shelly you would not need to run because I could catch up on my broomstick anyway now as had its MOT done so be careful I am watching .
weather is very wet this morning dark skies and very wet . I am pleased I went and did my shopping yesterday day. I am off to the laundry room to put my washing in the machine a about ten minutes .
My Granddaughter who lives in Dorset emailed me last night and said they had been warned to expect heavy snow but she said last time they did that they didnt that they didnt get any it only comes when they dont get a warning.
Marilyn you get your backside back here. now,

Morning Linda
Better sleet than deep snow isnt it ? as long as the sleet does not turn into ice. It is still raining here at the moment I do hate these dark mornings as well. I got a letter from the hospital yesterday telling me off for not having my INR blood test done.on the 7th and they have booked me in for 21 st. but I have already had that done so I am doing nothing till I get the yellow letter telling me what my reading is and what tablets to go onto. I am, all most out of brown tablets (1gr) so will have to take the perscription over the surgery to get it filled.

Watch out Shelly,Rita on her broomstick,is a sight to see. It's the cat on the back you have to watch out for,it's not a normal cat,it's a black panther that she has trained up to do her chasing for her. lol Has the painting been started yet Shelly. Hi there Marilyn. You are supposed to be on holiday, not chasing up other peoples families. Surely you are not that bored. If you are,get back pretty darn quick,as Shelly needs the bedroom painted. My god Linda and Rita's doctors, must be related to Dracula, they are always taking blood from them. Seriously though,I hope you both get on alright. I wonder where Pauline,Sue,Lady and Yvonne have got to. It looks like you had better get your prescription done pretty darned quick Rita, just in case the snow does lay,you cannot afford to run out. We have no signs off snow YET. But it is very cold, perhaps to cold for snow.

If it is not too bad outside tomorrow I will take the perscription over to the surgery and hand it in otherwise I will phone and ask them to renew it for me. I got the yellow letter back this morning(I get this when I have had a blood test done because of the level of the reading )and it reads 1. 90 so I have to take the same amount of tablets and I dont have to have the next test till 15th March. thank god for small mercie Also glad to tell you I have got the photos I wanted of the DeHaviland factory at Stag Lane Middlesex one inside and one of the outside. my sister just sent them as attachments she went to the Willesden Archives ths morning and got them from them. so one happy bunny at the moment. time to answer some letters now before I sit and have a rest poor old soul.

Hi Shelly the percentage key is the one above the number 5
I have not done my tree for a while either although my cousin who is an Archivist has sent me four generations of my fathers family up date in other words she has found births of children who died and partners for the sisters and thier children and some deaths. but I need to check them all first before I put them onto my tree.incase she has made a mistake she did once before ,

Marilyn, that's a bit of a busman's holiday isn't it? You could have stayed at home and done a tree for those people. Have you got family buried out there? Who's grave are you looking for?
Rita, you're right to check other people's work, it could easily be wrong. When I first started I got a lot of help from a distant relative, but I had to delete most of it off my tree later when I checked it and found out it was wrong. She'd found someone with the same name as our ancestor who was born in the same place so just assumed it was him. When I got the marriage cert later, it proved it wasn't him.
Shelly have you finished your course work yet?
Mo, I've been at the shops again today - but I did come home in-between yesterday and today.
We didn't get snow today..........thank God, just rain.

Don't know what it's like down there Rita but it's very damp here and a bit chilly. Have a hot drink before you go out and another one when you get back, it'll keep the chill off you, you don't want to make that cough any worse.
Shelly, give us all one question each and we'll help you finish that course, hope you aren't thinking of doing another one when you've finished.
Mo, we've all had a go at trying to find Rita's Absalom Lee. We all came of with the same one, but it wasn't him. Rita's Absalom just disappeared off the face of the earth - a bit like some of my ancestors.
