Chiropractors are ok if you've got bottomless pockets!
Sorry just personal experience lol.

Jane Report 28 Jan 2008 16:49

I saw a chiropractioner about my back pain. The Dr kept prescribing pills but never attempted to try and find out what was wrong. The Chiropractioner sorted me out. Now my back is much better. If I had relyed on the GP i would still be in pain now. (2 years later.)

It would be worth you looking into it. A good one will tell you straight away what the problem is and if they can do anything or not.

Don't bother buying a Tens machine Wack If you get to use the big one in a hospital then fine but the home ones just aren't worth the money.

Just Jill x Report 28 Jan 2008 14:14

A lot of doctors don't recognise osteopathy but I reckon it should be available on the NHS. Bet an ossteopath would cure your back in no time Keith. Didn't he give you pain killers? Diazapam are what used to be known as Valium. At 3x5mg a day you'll be in no fit state to look for work!!!!!"

As an Ex Zombie, the hational healths answer to everything is pill popping. I paid to go to an osteopath and it was the best money I ever spent, after 15 years of being trapped in my own miserable body he released me.
The G.P. said it was bunkum, since I'm still pain free and mobile I dont care if it was black magic!

Presumably the dr has only prescribed them short term Keith. Sympathise if you have muscle spasms. Hope they cure it for you.
