I had them prescribed to ease depression made me feel awful, I was little more than a zombie and I stopped taking them...try and find an alternative to ease your back mate

Keith, be careful as people have said...my auntie had them ,,,worst thing she ever took, nearly ruined her life!.... don't take them unless there is no alternative!

Short term Keith they are fine, my friend was prescribed them a couple of weeks ago she had aproblem with her back and she is feeling really good now, her back has eased up enough for her to go back to work.

Presumably the dr has only prescribed them short term Keith. Sympathise if you have muscle spasms. Hope they cure it for you.

As an Ex Zombie, the hational healths answer to everything is pill popping. I paid to go to an osteopath and it was the best money I ever spent, after 15 years of being trapped in my own miserable body he released me.
The G.P. said it was bunkum, since I'm still pain free and mobile I dont care if it was black magic!

A lot of doctors don't recognise osteopathy but I reckon it should be available on the NHS. Bet an ossteopath would cure your back in no time Keith. Didn't he give you pain killers? Diazapam are what used to be known as Valium. At 3x5mg a day you'll be in no fit state to look for work!!!!!"

Cant you persuade your doc to refer you to one then the N.H. will pay We tend to take the GPs oppinion without question.when you.re desperate anythings worth a go.
Get some of that strange tobacco, then you wont care what hurts!
