	Morning Peggy... I am hoping to go to the Peterborough meet, so will see you there, I expect. pmsl (ever so quietly!!) at poor Sue, and passes a pint of milk and a bacon sarnie, as they will shut the man with the drumkit up better than anything else!! Love Daff xxx

	Good morning girls. We were in bed at the usual times. Then son woke us up at 11.30 to say happy new year! He was at a party, and as the sober one, became the taxi for all the drunks. He came in this morning with a pork joint for the oven, a box of Irish Bailey biscuits for me, and a piece of coal!! Hope we all have a wonderful new year, and all our troubles disappear one by one. 	Good morning all....and a Happy New Year to you. I hope 2008 is the year that I will be able to meet up with at least some of you....and see Daff again after soooooo many years. I wonder if we would recognise each other as 'mature ladies' rather than the young mums that we were back in the 70s.? .....Forsythia has been blooming in my garden for some time and I saw a lovely bed of snowdrops in bloom in the week before Christmas. ....Roll on Spring, - my favourite time of year. 	Have a wonderful 2008, Deanna... we went to bed early, too, but read, as I knew we would get messages, lol!! Gwyn.... I am a VERY much bigger girl than I was then, and have short hair!! I don't know where the time has gone.. I was 18 years of age, then!! My DiL was horrified when she found out how young we were, no phone (landline or mobile) no internet, no car... remember our red mini? bought so that hubby could get me to the hospital when my labour started! I still sound the same, though... lol It will be lovely if we could meet up!! Love Daff xxx
