chased the postman down the road in dressing gown and nightie recently after he dropped about four letters for other addresses through my letter box - have also accidentally gone down the shops in my slippers. It's a dangerous thing to do where I live cos the psychiatric hospital is across the road and very often well-meaning members of the public used to bring patients back in nightwear!!

Jax, that must be so embarrassing when you wake up. I would die of embarassement if that was me. I'm just glad mine are only dreams when going out naked and not for real

I did have one episode of sleepwalking and I woke up doing it. In my dream someone asked me to take the pictures down in our bedroom ( previous house) and I got out of bed in my dream and took a picture down. I then got back into bed. I knew I had done it but I could not stop myself. It was so wierd. I don't think I've sleptwalk again. I hope I haven't

Reguarly!!! When I used to live in London if I ran out of smokes I would put a long coat and boots on over my PJs and go to the shops.

Recently I forgot my recycling and was out in pjs without make up and hadnt dragged a comb through my hair and one of the partners from my law firm walk passed - I almost died!!! I am not sure what they were doing in this rd at that time of the morning as they dont live this way and the subject has never been mentioned! But now I at least put a dressing gown on over my pjs if I have to nip out to bins!

I am suited and booted by 8 most mornings so at weekends I dont bother to dress unless I have to go out. Ive lived in the west Country three years now and people are used to me still being in pjs andjamas at the weekend. I am up before 7am most days of the week - but am damned if I will shower and dress at the weekend until I have finished the housework!!....even if its 2pm!

Yes.... and it was only a couple of weeks ago too...

It was when I had that horrendous carbuncle in my groin... I couldn't stand to have hardly anything touching me and I had to visit the Dr's surgery every day for nearly 2 weeks to have it dressed etc. I was so poorly I just didn't care....

I just went as I was..... in my pyjamas :-(
