Just go back from Tesco's in poole ( both of them ) to find that they are not selling frozen Turkeys only fresh ones with a run out date of the 26th , is it me or how come they sell frozen turkeys all year except for Christmas :-((((( |

Debating whether to go tonight (Sainsburys open till 11pm) or first thing tomorrow (open 6am!!). I'm not doing Xmas Day dinner - will be buying different stuff, so hopefully may not get killed in the rush for sprouts!! |

Hi Sally - we're having traditional Xmas Day, just that I'm not cooking it, lol! Boxing Day I'm doing a buffet with home-cooked ham, homemade veggie tarts, various odds and ends (mostly homemade), lemon cheesecake and fresh fruit. Plus I've done a Dundee cake and have mince pies in freezer. |
