Not to bad a day here for me really, Ive been chief cook and bottle washer today :):) Hayley my wife pulled a muscle in her back so cooking and washing up for me today :):) I have lovely soft hands though :):)

Weather not been the best, so I have been on here on and off most of the day. done a bit of work on tree.

Went to shops, did washing, went to mates, and just had my dinner. Nothing exciting as usual. lol

Amanda :):) Thank you for asking about Sally the dog :) She is as calm and docile as
normal again now, thank goodness :):)

I finished engraving a bough of magnolia blossoms on one crystal jug and started putting lilies and sweet peas on another.

Only one more jug, a dragon on a tankard and a goblet with a pineapple and I will have caught up with Christmas commissions and have time to make little things for a Craft Fair.

me too, work, got home cooking tea now for wen hubby gets in at 9pm, early finish for him fridays

Hayley, does a variety of different things, she has done some engraving also, cross stitch, dough crafts the latest is canal boat style painting, have some pics on Face book I will see if I can show them somehow.

Ooh canal boat painting is fun.

I had to teach myself to do a simplified version of that a few years ago because I was asked to be resident artist on a Girl Guiding canal holiday. Then I had to teach the girls how to do it. We made some nicely painted little things over a weekend.

my daughter and my hubby always seemed to drag me into their disputes, no matter where i hid

No engraving things in the album, sorry, Hayely seems to do something and no sooner its done someone ask for it lol :)

Has she tried pyrography? I think she'd like that. A number of pyrographers do North American Indian themes and wolves.

Sorry for the delaying in getting back to you. I popped downstairs to ask Hayley about Pyrography as I was not sure what it was myself. Hayley has not as yet tried this one, always something for the future though.
