I still can't get the now spotless drawer back in though...........OH has given up in a strop and left it on the floor.

Might try a bit of vaseline to ease it in later.

Well, it worked all the black gunk had gone with help of toothbrush and detol mould and mildew remover.

Have now put it on a boil wash with nothing in it and no powder...that's meant to clean out you pipes etc.

Thats enough work for one day lol.

I have a bosh mchine had the same problem, got the guy's out.

You have to pull the draw out give it a good clean

ALSO
The gap where draw goes get a brush you know the ones you clean babies bottles with, clean the top of the machine where draw goes and just watch how much black gunge comes out, pop your head up and have a look, it's no use just doing the draw. You wont believe it but it is where the water sprays out and get's clogged.
Good luck.

forgot to mention to get draw back in line draw up to machine but gently push down the middle bit of where conditioner goes then in goes your draw.

Sorted now thanks Irishgirl.
Yes it was dripping yuck.
I used detox mould and mildew remover it was great.
Got to watch your eyes and everything else though when you spray it and give it a good wash out after.

strangely enough earlier this week I said to OH the drawer was a bit manky and was supposed to be taken out and washed but I was afraid to tug on it - it has been in there 12 years so can stay!!!

Washing is clean but I am a dirty cat!

I use the liquid that you put in a ball into the machine so not much need to wash my draw out. Used to have to do it loads when i used powder and softner. Lynette x
