	Yes and after 45 years or even longer since we wrote to each other Jan visited me here in Spain in July. We never stopped talking - well only when we raised a glass of wine to our lips !!!! Love Mary xx

	Yes, I did - a Swedish girl called Lotta. We wrote from the age of about 12 until our early twenties - even went on holiday together in Cyprus one year (first time we'd met up). It was a bit embarrassing when I introduced her to my Greek rellies, though. Every time I said her name there were funny looks and smiles. Dad later told me that the word "Lotta" in Greek meant the equivalent to a fat pig! Athena
