Good job my daughter doesn't live in Wales then! Don't think her OH even knows you have to bleed radiators - he'd probably get a man in because the radiator was broken! LOLOL But I have to say that he can cook better than she can! Sue xx |

I'm rubbish. I wish I wasn't but I am. If there's anything *technical* needs doing if OH isn't about I shout for my dad. I'm ashamed to admit it but it's the truth lol xx |

David, I have changed plugs, perhaps where the wiring has come loose etc,or bought an old lamp that needs rewiring. Have you never had to do that? Rosex |

David - in 'ye olden tymes' electrical implements often came minus plug, you had to wire it up yourself! |

Re bleeding a radiator you just need to buy a little 'key',attach it in the right place, turn it a few times until you can hear the air hissing out, then when the liquid begins to trickle out, turn the key the other way! lol Rosex |

Of course candles are much kinder to the environment. I know how to change one of them - and how to light one! |
