Well done Jayne. I'm off to buy the Alan Carr book at lunch time. I really want to stop but don't have much willpower. I have done a few surveys and I am an emotional and social smoker with low addiction levels so I should be able to do it. The Alan Carr book has been highly recommended so I'm going to give it a go. hi there Jayne, good for you to quit smoking. I tried a couple of years ago to quit but it didn't come to much. I'm now seriously considering having another go and sticking to it.

Well done Jane. I also was a very heavy smoker. 30 a day. Gave up some years ago now. I used to run out of puff just running upstairs, at 30 years of age. Now i can bolt up stairs at 56. and still run a mile to boot. Tony Oz
