I'd say each bring their own challenges. My parents, who've had both, would say that they had more trouble, and more worry, with my sister than they did with me. |

Hi Kylie Have 2 daughters and 1 son (as if you didn't all know that by now!) On balance I think the girls have been harder and they're definitely more expensive to run! Daisy |

Karen - that carries on into adulthood doesn't it - men argue but then its done, and often forgotten. Women remember EVERYTHING lol |

Was just thinking that. Girls squabble and bitch endlessly. Boys just punch each other then go out and play football. Daisy |

At least sons can change the headlight bulb on their car on their own, whereas I froze my fingers off on Sunday changing one on my daughter's Mondeo. Left hand Mondeo bulbs are a pig, the battery and another control box are directly behind the light unit so there's no space to work in. Needed a large whisky by the time I'd finished. |

I remember my daughter being a lovely polite doll playing little girl up until the age of about ten (when they start middle school) .....it then changes, I remember my son being a rough and tumble lad always getting dirty and fighting with his friends until the age of about ten(when he went up to middle school) the roles reversed, he s now a polite, friendly lad who respects his friends and helps me around the house,my daughter resembles Kevin(impressonated by Harry enfield)....but has more attitude..........Thank goodness I only have one daughter. My little girl aged 9 was my first and she was adorable, until her little brother came along. I was scared of changing his nappy, I think the girls nappy is easier. Now the little girl is so Bitchy and horrible to her 6 year old brother, I feel so sorry for him. I think boys are more loving and cuddlier. She hates getting near me now, I suppose it's cause I am all ways telling her to stop picking on him. I myself have 3 sisters and when we all lived together we had our arguments but it wasnt that bad. I think every child is different. You will love her. |

Hi Kylie, hope your getting plenty of rest! I've got two of each and would agree with Debbie. I think wee boys are more affectionate, girls want to grow up too quickly. As for arguing, all mine argue, from the 19 year old down to the 5 year old! LOL Christine |

There really isn't an answer to this question, it's purely subjective. I have one of each, they have their own unique qualities and personalities, it would be impossible for me to choose which one was 'easier' |

Nanny to 4 boys & baby girl, all have so many different qualities but to be honest even though I love her dearly the boys are angels compared to there sister. |
