Diana I so hope you feel Pink again very soon. It's good in a way - once the op is done that's it, you won't have to worry about it again. You have done a wonderful thing and I am so proud of you and I know that Mum is so proud of you too and I also know she would be telling you off for not being positive at the mo! Am sorry that you won't be comming to Wakefield. Clare and I will take our collection tubs in your honour! Wakefield is a great place for a night out - so we will have to arrange one - we could do fancy dress and collect for the Pink Fund (or all wear Pink) and babe your first drink is on me and it will be a huge one! Love ya loads Jack xxx

As you have said you have had the walk and Gaynor to keep you mind of every thing else that has been going on, so now it's time for you to reflect on it all, and gather that strenth of yours, just remember we do truly love you and are here for you when you want us, look forward to seeing you back with your silly threads when you feel up to it. (((((HUGS))))) To a lovely woman. Bev

Well done for what you have achieved in China and with all the fundraising - now take time to recover and take stock of life. I hope the op goes well and you will soon feel like talking to people on here again. I don't know you but can't wait to hear about China and your walk. I am sure something good will be waiting for you around the next corner. Good luck, Liz

Rick - just left her much the same message! Diana - sending you loads of love. We've done our grieving - you were too busy doing something fantastic for her to be able to grieve at the same time. I understand. Truly. Mags hugs xxxxxxxxxxxx

Coooooooey !! Jan's emailed you hon. Doesn't surprise me that things are flat after what you've done. If you fancy a weekend away to chill then you know where to come. I could get some tequila. xx

Hiya Pink Glad to see your back safely :-) My race for life walk went well on Sunday (thanks for my good luck text), I did the 5km in 45 mins, we had a minutes silence to think of everyone we had lost to cancer, I thought of Gaynor and shed a tear and I also had her mentioned on my 'in memory of' badge. Anyway, I'm rambling. Take good care of yourself, you take as much time as you need, youve gone through so much in the last year or so. Hugs Karen x

Oh Diana, you've done so much to help others less fortunate than yourself. I can appreciate your grieving after all that's happened. However, if I can mention that we have a children's hospice locally - Gaynor Bear will tell you all about it as I'm hoping we can pop in to see the children - and we can tell the children and staff about what you've done. Good luck with the op, and take care you, Glenys x (Group 12 of the Relay; getting impatient lol!)

Hi Pink, Perfectly understand how you are feeling, unfortunately there is always a danger when we throw ourselves into something to take our mind off something else,as when the excitment is over and we are back to reality it all comes flooding back. And I know that is not the only reason you walked the great wall,it was for Gaynor too and although I haven't spoken to you much on the boards you are a very special lady,so hold your head up high and beat the lows. You should be very proud what you have done.Denise. (hugs) hope you soon feel better. Forgot to say good luck for your op.
