My Dad has just rung me practically in tears. He's feeling low and is upset because I haven't rung him in a while, I thought he was giving me some space because I've got stuff going on right now. Wish I could go back to sleep and wake up to find everything's ok. |

Cheer up Bec, I know it's trite but nothing really is as bad as it seems. I've been there, [as bad as it gets!]. Now I look back & realise that lots of positives came out of the negatives. The only negative I still can't find a positive for is the death of my wonderful husband but I'm still here so I will make a good job of what for me is a bad situation. It's good to cry but ration yourself to a certain time, then get on with something positive. Try to shorten your crying ration each time & soon you will find your whole life more positive. ((((hug)))), now i want to be a tad stern, but please dont cry, it's just my stern voice not the face aswell... please stop putting yourself down, why have you changed your name to 'bad', you are one of the bubbly(est) people on here, you need to stop blaming yourself for how other people feel and stop letting others make you feel so worthless..
