Cheer up Bec, I know it's trite but nothing really is as bad as it seems. I've been there, [as bad as it gets!]. Now I look back & realise that lots of positives came out of the negatives. The only negative I still can't find a positive for is the death of my wonderful husband but I'm still here so I will make a good job of what for me is a bad situation. It's good to cry but ration yourself to a certain time, then get on with something positive. Try to shorten your crying ration each time & soon you will find your whole life more positive. My Dad has just rung me practically in tears. He's feeling low and is upset because I haven't rung him in a while, I thought he was giving me some space because I've got stuff going on right now. Wish I could go back to sleep and wake up to find everything's ok.
