Roxanne That's spooky, i have just finished re-reading Manda Scott's Dreaming the Bull, have you read the next one in the series Dreaming the Hound? If not i would highly recommend it, the best in the series so far. I am a big fan of Manda's books and have been to several of her author evenings. She is really interesting to listen to, and explains her reasons for plot lines etc, really well. Yvette

Reading A Young Man's Passage. Julian Clary. Think it has spoilt my sister-in-laws vision of him. I find it quite interesting. I suspect more a woman's book than a mans. Hilary x

Debby, The one I am reading is the 4th. Didn't realise there was a 4th but saw it while I was on holiday. Yes I have enjoyed the others although I didn't think no2 was as good - too much recapping of no 1. They are light, easy to read and hilarious in places. At that price I'd definitely go for them. I've just started The Professor by Charlotte Bronte - read Jane Eyre but never heard of this one. Seems she fell in love with the guy. It was published after her death in 1857 and gives quite an insight into Charlotte's mind. Worth a look.
