I remember someone saying that 3 was for a letter, but that doesn't really go with the rest of the words! And I always thought the 10 was blah blah blah ending in bliss!?! x :-) |

Manda You must have been watching a different programme! Just googled it as you had me thinking I'd gone bonkers and it's definitely a bird you must not miss! There's bound to be loads of variations but that was the official Magpie theme song. Debby |

Defo 8's a wish, 9's a kiss and 10 is a bird you must not miss. Chrissie - 3 for a girl. On the way back from the doctor's having had my final pregnancy confirmed, 3 magpies flew across in front of my car. Ellie is 12 next month! Btw my mum refuses to see just one magpie and always says out loud 'hello Mr Magpie, Mrs Magpie and all the little baby magpies' as she reckons they're just shy and hiding! Not a word Diana, or I'll tell Mummy you were mean! lol Daisy |

You have all got me panicking now - I didn't realise that it was about magpies. We had one on our patio the other day and I didn't know that I should have saluted. I always say that I'm not superstitious but......................what can I do to put it right? Chrissie x |
