toothfairy its the plain one i used to hav them in breadcrumbs but i like the very plain ones better :-)

We have just had mussels and chips, Scrummy. Mussels on promotion in our local supermarket and they were so tempting. Jill xx:)

Bangers & Mash & baked beans. Got the So Good Sausages from Somerfield and I can well recommend them. Corn Beef Hash on this thread sounds very posh. In our house it is often a Monday dish - left over cooked veg from Sunday, mashed potatoe [done on Sunday], and tin of corn beef. Dish lined with potatoe then layered with veg & corn beef and topped with remaining potatoe, heated in oven for 30 mins. My daughters favourite after she's covered it with tomatoe sauce.

I had Salad Nicoise. Wife had to do it as I sliced a bit off my thumb when slicing vegetables for lunch. Had it dressed (thumb, not salad) at cottage hospital, took 1/2 hour inluding visiting friends mum who was in there. If I'd gone to A and E it would have taken about 5 hours. Dave
