Yes Karen did it once and sat on two cases (I was unlucky and got picked to stay for the full 10 days) really interesting but boaring while waiting, take a good book had reasonably nice food there though. Just don't fall asleep during it. Norah |

Don't worry they won't let you get away that quickly. I sat on a murder case and then when it was finished the usher said she needed some more for a gbh case and guess who was picked, but I really found it interesting bit dissapointed in all the barresters I thought they would be like on tv be very smart and clever but they were quite the opposite, in fact some of us had trouble keeping awake! don't tell anyone Norah |

Yes Karen I have done it twice and got picked both times. Funnily enough even though you are sat there doing nothing just listening it is very tiring and taxing. You tend to want to drop of to sleep later in the day but know that you have to stay alert so you make sure you hear alll the evidence. I found it very interesting but was totally exausted at the end of both the trials. By the way we found one Guilty and the other Not Guilty. You drink lots of coffee while deciding in the Jury Room well we did lol. Hope you enjoy it and that you don't get too longer case Regards Jackie |
