is it true that pete burns is in trouble about that fur coat he wears ? there is a lot of speculations about him being thrown out of big brother because of that coat does anyone know the truth ? tracey.x

Haven't heard anything about it. But apparently it is true about it being a rare gorilla. If Iwas in the house i'd probably burn it or something!

There's nothing online about him being thrown out. He could face criminal prosecution when he gets out though.

IF it IS a real gorilla skin,and was acquired AFTER, I think june,1947, then the skins are protected. If the skin was obtained BEFORE that, then i think there is no case to answer.except maybe an import restriction...... but what a weirdo...........!!!! Bob

The Mail today says he could face jail as he said the coat was made from an endangered species (gorilla). If its true the Dept for Environ, Food & Rural Affairs say he could face 5 yrs in jail. As was quoted: Gorilla skins belong on gorillas, not on reality TV show contestants. xxxxxxxxx

Dermot was talking to a expert on the other day and he said that all his Fur coats were real Fur even the Gorilla one, and that he was very silly and had made a big mistake taking them in, even Dermot was shocked. I did like him years ago I loved his record(shows how old I am ) but not now especially when there are so few left in the world.

i dont like any cruelty to animals, he should not of been allowed to take it in, he also said he would be happy for his skin to be peeled off well it looks like it might be if he gets his self in the wrong hands. i seen the picture of his weeping lips and that was gross, i would hate to see whats under his skin. tracey.x
