No, a third whale, there's already one in southend. Its not confirmed yet though.

I heard an expert on CNN earlier saying that there have been some unusual activity concerning whales within the past few weeks. They think it might have something to do with the earths magnetic field!!

If they wait until it does beach itself it ought to be relatively easy to put it in a sling and Helicopter it back to deep sea. On the other hand, should we interfere with Nature at all? Dr Doolittle, you talk to it and stop making the rest of us feel guilty!

Cheeky Paul .... PMSL I honestly don't know what you think can be done for this poor, distressed , wild animal. It is not a dog or cat which can be rescued. The pilots on the Thames have been doing their best to try and guide the whale away from the banks and have been trying to turn it. This animal is 20 ft, long and weighs 2 tonnes. I do hope it can find its way back to the sea but I don't think it is very likely. Jean x.
