I was a bit to energetic when i came round from the op,the nurse told me to be up and about as soon as possible after i came round,took this a bit too literally and attempted to walk about 45 mins after op.....oooooh that hurt, BB xx

They have tvs next to every bed that does everything!u can read emails,listen to radio,watch tv,go on the internet. BB xx

When i came round after the op for my ticker i tried to get out of bed so i'm told ,by the staff of the itu,they had to tie me down lol.You were obviously ready for moving about too,i bet you wished you hadn't tried [ouch].Fred.

you must have been very pooly to be kept a week nearly! The thing with these fancy service packages is they often have to bed paid for by the patient - was it costly?

it was £3.50 per day for the tv,phone calls were 10p a min,they are very expensive but a godsend for when u cant sleep. BB xx

BB, You must have done far too much... When I had mine done about 18 yrs ago I was out the next morning, and no we didnt have any luxuries!!! Glad to see you back Debs x
