Tourist info on Genes....visit the Falkirk wheel...spectacular engineering and the only one in the world....lifts boats from one canal to the other, rides available. Hire a barge and do the canals at your own pace. Callendar House.....sample olde worlde cooking served by ladies in period costume.....Central Scotland handy for Glasgow. Edinburgh and the foot of the Highlands....right....back to the ironing :-) |

I Iove the Highlands and have been there many times. We took our Aussie friends with us the last time we visited and they loved it too. Camped up your way Sandra and went across the ferry to Skye (singing all the way 'guess what'?) Never had the best of weathers, but, I say, it's the rain that makes it all so beautiful and colourful. Mau x :O) |

Cant be much worse than hot dogs...pigs ears ,snouts and blood clots etc etc. To think I used to eat them years ago :(( Marion |

Was on 'you are what you eat' last tues night. A couple who were very over weight and ate a lot of fast/junk food including hot dogs. They were then shown a hot dog roll with what goes in them on it. The girl was in tears when she realised what she had been eating. They did say not all hotdogs include the yucky bit's. |
