Was on 'you are what you eat' last tues night. A couple who were very over weight and ate a lot of fast/junk food including hot dogs. They were then shown a hot dog roll with what goes in them on it. The girl was in tears when she realised what she had been eating. They did say not all hotdogs include the yucky bit's.

I Iove the Highlands and have been there many times. We took our Aussie friends with us the last time we visited and they loved it too. Camped up your way Sandra and went across the ferry to Skye (singing all the way 'guess what'?) Never had the best of weathers, but, I say, it's the rain that makes it all so beautiful and colourful. Mau x :O)

And I'm homesick! My three brothers have all moved north in the past 2/3 years - Kyle of Lochalsh, Gairloch & Stornoway. And, as you can see, I'm in Gateshead.... The 2 weeks of summer holidays in the Outer Hebrides cannot come quick enough! W.

I love Scotland, it's my favourite holiday place, we've been all over, and for my kids it has the happiest associations. I was going to recommend a place but can't decide which I like best.

My Great Grandfather came from Scotland about a hundred years ago... I have not yet discovered which part... I love Scotland and Scottish accents even though I have never been there... so it must be in the blood... Hetty
