First time I've seen this thread Annie. Hope the rain has stopped now. What would have happened if Pest had gone to school and it started to rain again?? Would she be able to get home? Deanna X |

Hiya BC Thank you for thinking of me, bless you. The rain has finally stopped (for now). i've seen the headlines in the papers that you are all enjoying fantastic weather (NOT Amused) i must say. Pest wasn't happy this morning with the rambla not flooding, however, i was very grateful as i was not only able to meet hubby in town and have lunch, but also able to stock up on the wine. phew!!! so you can take the boat home honey, but thank you kindly for the offer of a lift LOL Annie xxx |

Deanna No pest would NOT be able to get home and thats a really scary thought. Thankfully hubby works in town so 9 times out of 10 he could get her no problem. Thankfully I have friends in another village that could get to pest by road and keep her overnight. My biggest worry of all time is being on the Rambla and it flash flooding. From town to our house we are talking 15 mins on the rambla, so its long and big and flash floods have been known in this area. Anyway, today is ok, so i'm happy for now. Annie xx |

Hubby is in the nearest bar from us on the Rambla. Looks like he could be staying there. Just phoned him to make sure he moves his car to higher ground. I am so relieved that he is ok. now having a glass of wine to calm my nerves Annie xxx BC boat at the ready my love!!! |

this must help the water supplys though its horrible for you lot the water supplys bad in spain isnt it, saw the pitch in madrid (i think) flooded other day, hope your all ok there |

Kim no not deleted rainbow thread. Rain has eased but still black skies comming over from the left of me. watching cars still going up the rambla so can't be too bad.(up stream) its 21.27 here and light is fading so can't make out how bad it is on the rambla. Internet working which is amazing and tv which is even more amazing. Annie x |
