Hi Val, I caught a train to Strood and changed to another one for Gravesend and Steve was waiting for me in the carpark. Glad everyone had a good time. The Fair was not the biggest I have been to, but I have ordered a load of PRs on microfiche so it was well worthwhile for me. Jim

Carol Report 22 May 2006 20:36

It's alright for you lot, we got caught up in a hold up on the M25, first at the Dartford Tunnel for half an hour and then they closed the M25 motorway for almost 2 hours because of a large fire right next to the motorway, Ron, being an ex fireman, said they've had time to stamp it out I don't know about squirting water at it. LOL, we had to sit there for nearly 2 hours, we got home at 11pm and went straight to bed. Carol www.genealogyprinters*com

Hi Carol, sorry you got stuck! Didn't get to speak to you, but please pass on our thanks to Ron for the labels, they were a big help! Hope you did well at the fair - one day you will have to come to a 'normal' meet, where you can mingle! Maz. XX

Hi Jay, thought you must've got lost on the way home as you hadn't checked in! Bear in mind that I wasn't drinking on sat - that makes a difference to the volume!! Maz. XX
