takes me ages to fall asleep cant seem to shut my brain down then OH starts snoring dont know whether i can hear him snoring coz im awake or im awake coz he is snoring lol sue c x |

Takes me ages to go to sleep, have to have the telly on to relax me. My husband falls asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow. I wish I could do that. I also wake up about an hour after I have gone to sleep, every night! very annoying! always the same time too! Carol x |
