I either fall asleep in a split second - I am happily watching the TV then suddenly the film has finished and everyone else has gone to bed - or it takes me hours. Liz :-) |

I always watch the TV in bed before I go to sleep, I never see the end of anything, my OH will turn it off for me when he comes up. Mind you the rubbish that is on the TV will send anyone to sleep. |
